The Hamilton Beach Programmable Stay or Go Slow Cooker makes it easy and mess-free to travel with food thanks to the clever clip-tight sealed lid. This versatile cooker also has more programming options than the Crock-Pot Smart-Pot Slow Cooker*. You can mix and match temperature settings with your choice of cooking times. It automatically switches to warm when cooking time is complete, so you can set it and forget it. The large size and oval shape make it ideal for cooking large cuts of meat; for example, it will hold a 6 lb. chicken or 4 lb. roast. A built-in lid rest conveniently holds the lid open to free up your hands for easy serving. Great for entertaining. The removable stoneware crock and glass lid are both dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. A Party Dipper Food Warmer that’s perfect for serving dips and appetizers is included.

I’ve now made 3 meals with this amazing product for family and entertaining friends. I have to say its so easy to operate, holds a huge roast or a good size turkey, and cooks so tender, the temp is steady and I love the small Little Dipper! It kept warm cheese dips and gravy. Using this Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker is great for large meals, and entertaining. Has helped save time for me in the kitchen during this Winter season. This is probably the LAST Slow Cooker I’ll ever want. Love the Little Dipper too!

I am in love with this slow cooker! It is so easy to use and is very convenient. I love that this slow cooker has a timer setting and then it switches to warm! The lid locks and makes it easy to take to a gathering. The small dip pot is adorable and comes in handy for dips. I highly recommend this slow cooker!

What elevates this model above others is the removable stoneware crock and a timer that allows the unit to automatically switch to warm setting when the desired cook time is up. This eliminates the rush to turn a slow cooker off or to low manually. I look forward to years of service with this cooker.

*Like the size, can fit a decent size roast or small chicken, however, it is very heavy. *Like the clips that hold the lid on if you choose to transport it.*Love the small dipper pot included. It keeps content very hot. I think it will be great for keeping gravy warm (nothing worse than cold gravy)*Lid rest is a nice feature, however, there are no directions in the booklet that comes with the product or online at hamiltonbeach.com to show how to turn the bracket. It took me at least an hour or more to finally figure out how to turn it. I was afraid I would break it (fortunately I didn’t). Also, when using the lid rest, you have to reach over a very hot, steaming pot to place the lid on the lid rest.*The HIGH temperature is very high. You must be sure to add plenty of liquid because it evaporates and your ingredients will dry out and stick to the edges of the ceramic pot making it difficult to clean. I had to soak it for a bit first. *In my opinion the LOW temperature setting is very low. If you plan to be gone for most of the day and you want your meal to be ready when you get home, that’s the setting you want. I placed 2 medium size, 1/2″ thick pork chops in the slow cooker, after 2 hours they were still a bit tough.*I have noticed that there is a slight gap between the rubber seal on the lid and the ceramic pot. I believe that could also cause evaporation of liquids, especially when set on HIGH. *Personally, I would suggest if you have the time, cook your meats on low. It seems to me that cooking meats on HIGH, especially beef and pork, makes them stringy.*This is not my first slow cooker, maybe I just need to get used to this new one, after all I have only used it 2 times.

I recieved this last week and put both the Stay or Go Slow Cooker & the little dipper to the test! Made ribs in the Stay or Go. Loved the digital features for setting the temperature & time and the ribs turned out so tender. I must say that other slow cookers I have tried in the past did not get my meat this tender! I used the little dipper to heat barbeque sauce on the side for dipping the meat in when served. Having that little dipper made it so easy to have warm sauce during the entire meal. Love it.

Love my Stay or Go Slow cooker, lid locks down to go. Programmable too! Love the Little Dipper too!, perfect for hot dips, or keeping gravy hot, or even hot cocoa!

I love the features of this slow cooker! It has plenty of temperature settings and can be programmed to switch to the warm setting once cooking time is complete. It can cook a large quantity of food and is so easy to clean because the stoneware portion is removable and dishwasher safe. The clip tight lid makes it very easy to transport. The mess free lid rest is also a nice feature. The little dipper is also very useful because it’s the perfect size for dips or appetizers. I love that it was included with the slow cooker as a bonus! If you’re in the market for a new slow cooker, I highly recommend this one. The features make it unbeatable!

This slow cooker works so well that your recipe will be delicious! I made the French Onion Soup with slowly cooking the three sliced onions. Then you add broth and herbs and it slowly cooks for hours. This recipe is included in the photos and I think everyone will enjoy it this fall weather and in the winter too. Very easy to clean to cooker and the lid keeps closed well. I am sure the little dipper will work great too!

This is an all-around good slow cooker. It is programmable up to 10 hours at either low or high heat. When the selected time is complete, it will automatically go to the warm setting, keeping the contents nice and warm. You can change the setting at any time if you feel that too much time was programed or too high a setting. Having the latching lid is a great feature if your taking this to a different location. It also features a rotating lid holder or cord wrap, very nice. The crock and lid are dishwasher safe. Also included is a little warmer crock that is great for sauces, dips or a small size of appetizers. Only real drawback, you’re not able to program it to start at a later time

I received my slow cooker a few days ago, it is great. I used it for vegetable soup and spaghetti sauce. Both times it heated up to my needed temperature and stayed that way. The little dipper is perfect for hot dips, such as cheesse style. It kept them warm but not so hot that they boiled. I appreciate both products and will use them often.

This is a great slow cooker, with the capacity to cook large amounts, if needed. The built in handles on the slow cooker insert make lifting it out very easy. It also comes with an attachment on the back which can be rotated up to hold the lid, or down as a cord wrap. The cooker operates with three temperatures (warm, low, high) and five hourly timer settings (2, 4, 6, 8, 10). Simply pick the temperature you want and the time. The unit displays lights on temperature and time while cooking. Once cooking time has ended, it automatically sets the temperature to warm and the time to 10 hours so you don’t have to worry about overcooking. One of the nicest features is the ability to lock the lid in place so you can transport it. The locks are located on the unit, not on the lid, which makes cleaning the lid much easier. To test it out, I made soup, a 5 lb chicken and a dessert. All came out perfectly cooked. The chicken and vegetables fit with no problems and the dessert (a bread pudding) was done with no burnt edges. The product came with a little dipper which is great for keeping appetizers warm. I also used it to warm up a container of honey that had crystalized. This is a great appliance to have for easy meal prep, without the worry of overcooking if you’re running late.

Have had this slow cooker for a couple of weeks. The pot is large enough to feed a good size family. This is enough food for all of us plus left-overs for the next day. I have cooked Goulash and Beef roast wirh carrots, potatoes and onion and they turned out excellent. The settings are easy to use, didn’t need to see the manual, just turn it on, select low/high, select hours in 2-hr increments and that’s it. Has seal between the lid and the cook pot and two pressure releif holes. Has a clip on each end of the cooker so it can be carried and not worry about lid falling off. Has a place for the cord so it is not just hanging around, also holder for lid on back side. Overall this is the best slowcooker i have ever used. Has a warming pot and it does a great job of keeping things warm.

My old slow cooker was an antique – wedding gift from 45 years ago! My new slow cookers are modern jewels. The 6 quart can be taken anywhere because it has a lid lock- perfect for pot lucks ! The controls are wonderful – I can control time, temperature, and hold time for up to ten hours – so versatile ! It came with a Little Dipper 1 quart – perfect for a hot appetizer or side. I absolutely love my slow cookers!

I got the Hamilton Beach 6 Qt Slow Cooker with little dipper and I just love it! Pros: has timing and warm, low and high buttons. Locking lid and super easy to clean. Cons: the little dipper has no buttons so it’s always on unless you unplug it, it stays hot but would benefit if it had a warm button. It’s also very small as you can see in my picture I put a soup can by it to see the size. It doesn’t hold much but I still love this whole set!

Hamilton Beach thought of everything when they made this slow cooker! It has a cord wrap area, a lid holder, high quality crock, high quality base! I made chicken vegetable soup! It was perfect! I love the fact that it has a warming setting! It is the perfect size! Crock is removable! This is absolutely the BEST crock pot I have ever owned! This also came with a mini warmer crock pot! The lid is made of the same high quality material as the crock! It is not plastic like all the others I have seen! The crock, high quality, is removable!! I put a warm taco dip in it and it kept it warm! Even with the cheese in it ,I was able to wash it easily! I definitely encourage you to buy this crock pot!

This slow cooker is wonderful. I love the oval shape, and the fact that the lid locks down for travel. I go to many potluck dinners, and this will be ideal to take along. I also love the lid holder, so that you don’t have to lay the lid aside. The digital settings are great, and so nice that it switches to a warm setting after the cooking time is complete. This is a great product!

I will start by saying this is a great set I’d even give as a gift. The large crockpot is a great size and cooked at the temp my recipes called for if it said done in 8 hours it was done. The inside pot itself cleaned well and held up in the dishwasher just fine. I like the rubber liner to the lid I just wish the lid was a little wider. The small crock was a great bonus I used it to heat sauces , gravy and nacho cheese keeps it at the perfect temp to eat as we please. The little crock also cleaned easy and held up to the dishwasher.

I made a ham in this and there was no spillage of juices because the ham was not too big. 6lb bone in ham cooked just right. the little dipper we used for cheese sauce for bread cubes.

This 6 qt. slow cooker is both stylish and very functional. The time/temperature control panel is easy to use and readily displays the cooker’s status. The cooker reverts to a warming temperature once the timed cooking cycle has expired. It heats quickly and maintains a constant cooking temperature uniformly around the crock insert. The exterior metal housing does get hot during the process. The crock insert cleaned up easily in the dishwasher, along with the lid. I like the design of the lid’s locking device much better than the rubber stretch band type on my older crock pot. The small sauce warming crock is a handy addition for meal serving. I would recommend this slow cooker.
