Instructions are easy to follow, cuts cooking times, is easy to clean and the food tastes great! Made super tender fall off the bone spare ribs and a chicken broccoli cheddar soup – Couldn’t believe how fast dinner was ready. Would definitely recommend this cooker to anyone looking to venture into the realm of pressure cooking!

This pressure cooker is well designed and easy to use. The buttons on the front are well organized, the lid opens easily and is not attached to the unit, and this pressure cooker can be used as a slow cooker. The only problem I have come up against so far is the float doesn’t always go back down after all pressure has been released and I have had to manually tap it to go down so the lid can be opened. Other than that I look forward to making delicious meals with this pressure cooker.

I love this thing everything that comes out of it is so tender. I have a 8 quart this 6 quart is just right. The 6 from hamilton beach has a lot more better features. Like the button for pressure release. My instant pot doesn’t have that and it’s easy to get burnt. I would recommend this one. Specially for single guys good food in short time and easy to clean.

I admit I was skeptical about using this. I had one in the past and did not like it at all. I put in two large bone in chicken breasts, about 4 lbs of meat, and followed the step by step instructions. After heating and cooking for about 25 min the chicken was falling off the bone. My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised. The chicken was moist, but I do believe I could have lowered the cooking time and it would have been just as good. I added in some mushrooms and tomatoes and it created a nice little sauce, which we also saved for another time. One cup of broth was all I needed and it worked great. The clean up was simple also, not scrubbing just washing with a wet soapy dishcloth. I think we are going to get a lot of use out of this both at home and our cottage.

I received this multi function pressure cooker from Hamilton Beach to test and review. The main advantage to this cooker is the steam release, so much safer than the pressure cooker I already had and was afraid to use. I couldn’t decide what I wanted to cook first, but settled on a pot roast. The meat came out tender and moist. The potatoes and carrots were cooked perfectly in such a short time, it really makes this cooker a great time saver. Really nice looking too.

The 6-qt cooking pot is great for family sized meals but what elevates this model above other pressure cookers is the large, red display numbers and oversize control panel buttons. The soft-touch buttons and easy to read timer display makes working with this model a breeze. My family sized meals that took all day in the slow cooker can now be done quickly in my 6-qt pressure cooker.

This pressure cooker is so easy to use that I wonder why I didn’t get one before now! I love all the different ways that I can use this pressure cooker. I have used it as a slow cooker to make chili and as a pressure cooker to make barbecue brisket in only two hours! I love the easy clean up since the inner pot can be removed and washed in the dishwasher! My regular slow cooker has a very heavy ceramic insert that makes it hard to clean. This pressure cooker has a substantial, light-weight insert that makes it very easy to remove (after it has cooled). I can’t wait to make more easy recipes for dinner this week.
