This one is well made and the pot has a thick bottom for even heat and it comes with a rack, not all do. It is very easy to use and it looks great . And it doubles as a slow cooker that you can brown and saute in then build your meal with one pot .

This pressure cooker is awesome! The first thing I noticed about it, is that it’s super easy to figure out how to use. The instruction manual is easy to read and it gives you all the details you need to use this pressure cooker. What I love about this pressure cooker, is that it is a multi-function pressure cooker! It’s not only a pressure cooker, but it has 10 different cooking programs built into it. It’s nice because you can cook things pretty much however you want because of how many cooking programs it has! There are even 3 different heat settings so you can slow cook!!! The steam valve is also easy to use, and it’s built so it’s not easy to burn yourself. Another thing I love about this pressure cooker, is how easy it is to clean! That is a MUST for me with appliances because I don’t like having dirty appliances, and I don’t like spending a ton of time cleaning them. For this, the outside can be wiped down with water and it cleans very easily. The pot inside is easy to clean too. It’s non stick, so food comes right off. You can put it in the dishwasher but I recommend hand washing it. All in all, this has been an awesome appliance. I highly recommend it to everyone! It not only cooks your food faster, but it’s easy to use too. Give it a shot, you will not regret it!!!

Since we are all stuck indoors it was the perfect opportunity to get to that corned beef I bought awhile back. After washing out the cooker I tried a practice run on how it works like the directions suggested. It worked perfect. Then on to my corned beef. I followed a recipe I found on U-Tube, and pressure cooked the meat for two hours. I removed the meat after two hours, wrapped it in foil while I cooked the potatoes and cabbage for nine minutes. Everyone at the table agreed this was the best corned beef they ever had. Tender, very juicy, cut perfect (No falling apart into shreds) just great and the spuds and cabbage were tender and cooked to perfection. This is my first pressure cooker and I am so impressed. Everything was easy to use. Programming simple was simple. Press a few buttons and it was automatic from there. Clean up was super easy too. The stainless pot and inside lid was all to wash. I can’t say enough just how pleased I am at the great new kitchen appliance that will open a new method of wonderful cooking.

Since getting my Hamilton Beach 6 Quart multi function pressure cooker, I have been able to cook rice perfectly in 4 MINUTES yesss! A whole rack of ribs in 20 MINUTES what!! And steam corn on the cob in 5 MINUTES. That means that in less time then waiting for the delivery guy or going to pick up take out I had a perfect home cooked meal. I’ve resisted the urge to purchase an electric pressure cooker. I remember the stove top ones and also remember witnessing one “blow” growing up. This pressure cooker far exceeded my expectations. It was on easy to use and once programmed required little to no supervision or worry. I cooked several things to gauge the convenience and quality from a rice dish to a roasted chicken. I was amazed how quickly a quality and tasteful meal could be made. The programmable format is easy to follow. My only suggestion is to more clearly define some of the directions in the manual for first time users. The first time I used this I had a hard time discerning whether or not I set it properly. Manual was a bit unclear in that regard as well as with cooking time recommendations.

Who says that your pressure cooker has to be an Instant Pot? Not me! This Hamilton Beach Multi-function Pressure Cooker is an awesome product and it doesn’t have a lot of the digital confusion that comes with some others. The size makes a great footprint on my kitchen counter and absolutely love the safety release valve button that is placed away from where the steam is released as I have always been a bit afraid of getting a steam burn. I made chili mac the other night and it was done all in the same pot and in less time it would have taken me otherwise. It was so delicious as if I had spent more time making it. This product is definitely one you will want to add to your kitchen!

Toss in frozen chicken breasts and half an hour later, you have a great meal! I’ve used it to make chicken breasts, stew, chili, potatoes and a batch of veggies. It is easy to clean. All the buttons are a little daunting at first glance. Read the directions and run a trial with just water. Once that’s done, this will be your new favorite appliance, just like it is now mine.

I received this last week and was excited to see just how it works. I ran a test run on it before I cooked anything, it done great. So I decided to cook a pork roast with potatoes and carrots. I looked for some recipes that came with the Pressure Cooker there were none. So I went and looked up some recipe’s. Turned out really good, it cooked alot faster than normal cooking. Can be used in Slow cook on low, medium or high. I gave it a four star because it didn’t come with recipes. If you have Pinterest app. then you have access to alot of recipe’s!

I recently received this product. I am a first time user to an all in one pressure cooker. I made sure to read the instructions a couple of times to be sure before using. I really enjoyed using this item because it let me cook everything in a single pot. I found it easy to use for a beginner like me. Only thing was it wouldn’t let me switch between pressure cooking and saute but that might have been just my inexperience in using this type of item. I do hope you enjoy, I did and so did my family.
