It fries food quickly, for chicken wings, I only fried about 8-9 minutes to make the skin crispy and golden brown. I used it for two weeks, and fried a lot of stuff, including green beans, chicken nuggets and fries and milk pudding, so far so good. The cap of this fried machine is definitely of good quality and it keeps the oil stay instead. The basket size is also suitable for preparing food for two people.

Simple, easy to use fryer! This is actually my second purchase of this exact fryer. I broke my first fryer (my fault) and bought a second different one that was 3x the price.
