This is a fine, well built appliance. However, it is much more cumbersome than we expected. We are not cooking for more than one or two people. The fryer takes up the kitchen island, and consumes a vast quantity of oil. We decided not to keep it. Home Depot was excellent about receiving the return.

This fryer is wonderful. Comes apart to be dishwasher safe. One setting for oil temp but 2 different buckets so perfect for making 2 different things or getting some of one thing down while prepping more. We’re a big household (7 people) and we make fried chicken every other week and this works perfectly for it. Same for fries or tempura chicken. It’s all around the best fryer we’ve had,and so easy to clean.
