I really enjoyed my new Hamilton Beach 5 liter digital Air Fryer. It’s got plenty of room for whatever you’re cooking. I cooked egg rolls, it was fast & easy – you put the items in the air fryer, set the controls { very easy } & it does all of the cooking. No standing over hot grease, making a mess. Put them in , walk away & come back when it’s done. The egg rolls came out great. So Happy !!!

I really like this air fryer! This is my first time using any kind of air fryer, so I was excited to try it out. It cooked frozen French fries and tater tots well. The instructions came with suggested temps and times, which was very helpful. I have also tried air fried fried chicken. I overcooked it, so it didn’t up very good, but had I used the correct time it would have been great! I really enjoy this healthier version of eating fried foods! The only reason for four stars is because the buttons on the touch screen are difficult to push at times. Other than that, it is a really good product. Easy to clean, as well!

Decided on air fryer because ‘ oven’ fried was just not cutting it. Big oven, single portions. 1st tried hard cooked eggs and it worked! Reheated frozen homemade pizza and crisped the crust! Frozen hash browns got crispy enough to replace bread in breakfast sandwich. Corn on the cob was tender. I chose this air fryer because I didn’t want to be overwhelmed with all the doodads that other appliances tout while I’m learning. Easy to clean.

Picked this air fryer up as an option to using my deep fryer. What a great move. So much easier to clean after using, with the non stick coating on the basket. No greasy mess to clean up and it is a healthy alternative to the deep fryer. Cook times are longer then the deep fryer, but the clean up and health benefits are well worth the extra time.

I cannot say enough good things about my Air Fryer. The look of it is so pretty. I just love the style. Setting it up out of the box was so easy. It’s easy to clean and easy to use. The digital buttons are so easy, and I love that it has it. It makes it look a lot nicer. I love how it looks on my counter, it doesn’t take too much space. It’s so easy to use and it cooks my food so good. We have used it every day. I love that the basket it non-stick so I don’t have to worry about my food sticking to it. I love it. I have recommended it to friends and family and I’m so happy with it. One of my favorite things to use.

I purchased twp. one for myself and one as a gift. I am a long-time air fryer and I like the looks of this unit. The positive reviews are written as part of a promotion and of course the review writers received the unit free, so I am not sure customers have the benefit of objective reviews. I will wait and see.

I was a bit nervous to use this air fryer, the packaging made it look as if it could be intimidating. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use, pretty self explanatory. My first item to try was french fries, I did not stir half way through, I should have. They came out a little too crispy, a bit brown but they were very good. I expected them to be dry but they weren’t. The 5 liter is the perfect size for a small family and easy enough for the teens to use. It’s quiet while in use, easy clean up, a sleek stylish design, a welcome addition to my kitchen.

Over all experience with fryer has been very good. Tried french fries first they came out golden brown and crisp, but tender inside. The unit itself is very easy to operate, digital clear to read. Pre-set very helpful and when done cooking the buzzer is loud enough to hear if in another part of house. Unit looks very up scale . Nice finish on unit , goes well in my kitchen. Basket was easy to remove and clean. I also made fresh fried haddock fillets, perfect !! The one negative for me I wish the cord was a little bit longer. I look forward to using this many times as I experiment with many different items.

This product is great. The non stick basket truly is non stick without having to use sprays or oils. The touch screen is very easy to use and almost self explanatory. The stainless gives it a great modern look but also does show fingerprints. Cleaning is also a breeze, just wipe out the insisde and rinse the basket out and your done. The only downfall I have seen so far is the basket is kind of small. You can only cook 6 or 7 chicken wings at a time, where in an oven or deep fryer you can cook more. The french fry feature is the best by far, so crispy on the outside which you could never get in an oven. Overall this product was great!

My family just loved our new Hamilton Beach 5 Liter Digital Air Fryer with Nonstick Basket. We love fried food but not the grease associated with it. Our food came out tender on the inside and had a nice crunch on the outside. I have only had mine for a week and have made home made chicken nuggets, french fries, and we ever made a chicken in it! My 9 year old can operate it with ease–with my supervision of course. She is our little want to be chef. I think this product from Hamilton Beach just makes my life easier. Clean up was a snap as well. Thanks Hamilton Beach for another wonderful product

Phillips ($250+) is the most popular brand for air fryer because many cooking videos on YouTube are using it. But for a lower price point, i think Hamilton Beach is a good option. I have used it twice, and so far I have not experienced any major problems with it. The stainless steel look is quite appealing. I would recommend it if you don’t want to pay too much for an air fryer.

This is my first air fryer and for the few meals I have prepared in it, I have been completely satisfied. This air fryer is very easy to use and the food comes out great! Additionally, it’s very sleek and coordinates nicely with my kitchen appliances.

For reasons that don’t need exploring at this juncture, I have only attempted to deep fry something once. It was mozzarella sticks, dropped into a big pot with somewhat scary (to me) very, very hot vegetable oil. I’m not too proud to say that I was afraid of burning myself throughout much of the process – that oil didn’t LOOK that hot, but it surely was – and therefore I have never fried anything else since. Sticks came out only okay, not great enough to risk burning myself.Enter the Hamilton Beach 5 Liter Digital Air Fryer with Nonstick Basket. It is big, my friends: be prepared to give up some counter space, as it measures approximately 13 inches tall, by 11 inches wide, by 12 inches deep. Half of this volume encompasses the controls, and the other half is the pan and the basket. The controls are easy to understand, as they are basically just temperature and time. There are also presets for different types of food; I haven’t used any of them yet.My chief complaint about this appliance is that Hamilton Beach includes no recipe book. They have guidelines about times and temps, safeguards, cleaning and troubleshooting, in a very comprehensive instruction booklet, but beginners such as myself need a lot of hand holding. Never fear, the internet is here, and I found a simple recipe for onion rings. There was enough room in the basket for two medium sized onions, cut up for rings. After 17 minutes at 375 degrees, they turned out to be quite delicious (despite my somewhat weak, homemade breadcrumbs). Since this first success, I’ve made Brussel sprouts, potato chips and a Chex-Mix concoction made from oyster crackers and spices.Everything comes out perfectly crispy and tasty! There is no hot and dangerous (and fattening) oil to deal with. To me, someone who loves fried food, but has always been afraid of the oil and heat and mess of deep frying, this appliance is a godsend. I wholeheartedly recommend it.(Would’ve liked a recipe book, though.)Clean up is easy, involving mostly just rinsing and wiping because the surfaces are non-stick.

It’s so nice finding a product that can help you stay a bit healthier when cooking and still provide great tasting food! I’m so impressed with the Hamilton Beach 5 Liter Air Fryer that I’m pretty sure a couple of people will be receiving one as a gift this year. This air fryer was larger than I realized, providing adequate space to cook a myriad of food items, but not so bulky that it’s going to take up more space than a coffee maker on your counter top. It has very easy digital programming and if you want to check on the food, you just pull out the basket and push it back in without having to reset anything. The food cooks much faster than in an oven and is a lot less greasy since you aren’t deep frying anything. I usually spray a little cooking spray over the vegetables to give them a crispier texture. So far I’ve only cooked vegetables like potato wedges, cauliflower etc. and look forward to trying different cuts of meat. I love that this machine can cook a whole 5 lb chicken. I imagine it will be important to turn large meat products over half way through cooking them to ensure they’re thoroughly cooking. Setting the fryer for additional time to cook is really simple if needed. Also, for those of you who despise the clean up process, the basket where the food is placed is nonstick so cleaning takes no time at all. As I said, I’m very pleased with this air fryer and will be purchasing a couple as gifts because I know my friends and family will enjoy having one.

This air fryer is big but not bulky. The removable basket makes cleaning fast and easy.I like that the time and the temperature can be changed at any time during cooking and automatically turns off when the timer ends. The best part is the preset programs where you can set it and forget it – unless of course your item requires flipping, rotated and/or stirring. So far I’ve made kale chips and baked muffins with my new air fryer. Next is a whole chicken!

First of all this is much bigger than I expected but it appears well made and has been easy to operate. I’ve tried making several different foods in it and it takes a little getting used to. The recommended times need adjusting to suit each item. I made frozen french fries and the first time they came out crisp but not CRISP. The second time I spritzed them with a little oil and they did come out crisp but not at all greasy. Meats are the same. You need to adjust the times. Some cook quicker than the recommended time and some need extra time. All in all I like it.

I am very impressed with this Digital Air Fryer! Everything I”ve made has been cooked to perfection. I have only used frozen foods so far but I want to try making recipes from scratch. When I brought this “air” fryer home my husband asked me how much oil it takes because the basket is large. I had to explain “air frying” to him and it was hilarious! Love my Hamilton Beach products and hope to see more recipes on the newsletters! Thanks for helping me to eat healthy!

This air fryer has sleek look and is easy to use. Steaks and chicken breasts come out tender and juicy. I also air fried several breaded products which came out perfect. Reheating egg rolls makes them just as crisp as they were when first made. There are hand slots at the bottom of each side to conveniently move the appliance without risk of dropping it. The large digital display for time and temperature shows up well from across the kitchen. It runs quiet and the non stick Pan and basket make for easy clean up. The Suggested cook times for fresh meats are vague so you need to practice to get your desired internal temperature. This is a great product for anybody’s kitchen and you can get very creative with your meals.
