I love this griddle! Perfect eggs and perfect pancakes every time. Nothing sticks to the ceramic surface, and it is so easy to clean up. I haven’t used my fancy heavy pans sinve this arrived. It’s that good. I even made crunchy buttered toast on it, and also used it to warm tortullas for taco tuesday with friends. One observation is that the thermostat dial feels like it might not be at the same quality level as the rest of the griddle, but that migjt just be me. As long as it works, and it does (the temperature setting is always right on the money, I measured it with a surface thermometer), then it’s not a problem. The thermostat unplugs and is removable for washing the griddle. You can put it in the sink under warm water and soap!I might never use a pan on the stove again!

I received this and had to try right away. I love the surface. The only thing I will say is I think the surface is hotter than what its set for. But cleanup is a snap. Its a definite must for the kitchen.

I have had this grill for about 3 weeks and have used it in many ways. I made french toast, pancakes, hamburgers, sausage patties and links, hot dogs, potato cakes, grilled cheese sandwiches. It has performed excellent in all ways for me.The temperature is true and constant and very even all over the surface. The drip tray worked with no problems and no leakage and was easy to empty. The ceramic non-stick surface was truly non-stick, I have never used any type of spray, grease, butter, ect. and have never had a problem with anything sticking. Clean up is a breeze, just clean with a damp sponge and it is ready for the next use. The controls are easy to use with no problems. The only negative someone may have is the size, I feel the size is a great positive because it makes it so versatile, but it is big (thank you HB for this). I really have not found anything that I did not like about this grill or would suggest needs improvement.Very happy and would highly recommend.

I couldn’t wait to try this out when I got it. It is 4 times more durable than nonstick griddles. The Ceramic top is great. It is super easy to clean. Everything I have fixed on it just slid around. It also has a grease tray to collect extra grease. The cord is removable. Complete instructions also have suggestions for temperatures for some foods.

No more or two pancakes at a time. I just picked this griddle up and absolutely love it. I have tried different griddles with my induction stove but I couldn’t find what I wanted. Every time we did breakfast for dinner it longer and we had two warm up the food in the microwave. I used this griddle this time and it was great. I made 4 6″ pancakes at once an we all sat down together to eat. I did bacon last night and made the whole pound at once. I had no problem with bacon fat because of the built in drip area and cup. With I had gotten this sooner.

Always wanted a griddle and the plus on this griddle is the ceramic top. Easy to clean, blueberry pancakes didn’t stick and easily made 8 pancakes at once. One problem was you have to make sure you put the dial on min before inserting in griddle or it will not work. Safety feature . Otherwise love it.

Overall, this electric griddle did not disappoint. The dishwasher safe drip tray is a plus.The cool touch handles were cool to touch when griddle was heated to 375 degrees. Very nice feature. The griddle heated up quickly and also has an indicator light that lets you know when it has reached the set temperature. This griddle is non-stick and they mean business. So non-stick, you must be careful with the force slide of your spatula. More than 1 pancake jumped the edge of the griddle and plummeted to the counter. The pancakes were evenly cooked and at the same time in which they were poured.In the center of plastic (above drip tray) there is a gap in the plastic frame that is large enough for batter drippings or other food bits to enter but small enough to have difficulty removing them and cleaning that area.I also decided to test the griddle with over-medium eggs. Upon cracking the shell and dropping the egg it slid right into the drip tray. It is best to cook your eggs farther away from the drip tray.I was pleased with the performance of the griddle and will definitely use it again.

I have a stove that came with a griddle that sits over the burners. Sounded great but wasn’t. I was hard to regulate the heat. So I purchased the Ceramic Griddle and am so glad I did. This griddle is larger than most. The ability to control the temperature is great for the many items you are able to cook on it from pancakes to grilled cheese and more. Clean up is a breeze with the ceramic griddle top. I found the stabilization due to size and only four legs requires a large area to accommodate the griddle itself. I’m not sure if it was due to the newness of the product but the temperature plug was hard to get out of griddle when time to clean. Also regulating temperature requires practice since it seems to run hot. I am anxious to try it for my grilled zucchini and other items.
