The coffee urn brewed to a temp 180 degrees. It was noise since it is a percolator. The dispenser for one handed did not work, as when you used the urn moved. The urn is light weight. When cleaning noticed stained inside. Tried to scrub out did not come out look burnt in it.

I loved the quietness of the machine while brewing and the efficiency with which it made my coffee. I only had 10 people over so I made 15 cups. A breeze. While I liked the one handed dispenser I feel like it is too flimsy and will break in no time.

This urn is a workhorse, took barely an hour to brew 45 cups and kept it piping hot for hours even after unplugged. Was easy to load the grinds, and the coffee was robust (I like strong roasts). Cleaning was easy as well. My only recommendation-shrink the spout and move it up an inch or two for those of us with bigger coffee mugs. That would make it perfect!

Pretty amazing product! It was easily assembled in only a few minutes, effortless to use, relatively light (at least when it doesn’t have coffee in it), and easy to clean. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it can slide a bit if you’re not careful, meaning you can’t push the cup into the lever to dispense the coffee like intended. You have to use another hand to pull down the lever, which isn’t really all that much of an inconvenience. Overall, pretty great!

This urn has great capacity (45 cups) but also marks appropriate levels for smaller pots of coffee. Conveniently has window that shows how much is remaining so you know when to get started on the next batch. Easy to self-serve with the urn’s level to dispense.

I got this a couple of weeks ago I love it it’s so nice for smaller things so I don’t have to use my oven it makes stuff nice and crisp where if I would have put in microwave would be soggy I recommend this product

Makes delicious coffee, keeps it piping hot for an hour or two after unplugging. Easy to clean, can brew up to 45 cups. Only issue I see is the pour spot is very low, and the handle on it rather large, which means only smaller cups can be used easily.

I’ve used large coffee urns for decades. This is definitely the most convenient thanks to the push spigot, one hand cup fill feature. I tried it at home right after I received it and can’t wait to use it at the family reunion in a few weeks.

I received my Hamilton Beach Coffee Urn yesterday and couldn’t wait to give it a spin. Its a clean, easy to use, well-designed product. It brewed 35 cups of Maxwell House coffee (our preferred store brand) in about 25 minutes, a good speed for a large coffee urn. I like the fact that you can dispense coffee by pushing the cup against the dispensing lever, or just pull it forward. Both ways produced a well-heated cup.My wife and I prefer a stronger cup of coffee, so I bolstered the directions with about 1/3 cup more than the stated amount. The coffee came out a deep dark black-brown color and was steaming. The flavor was surprisingly good, for an everyday brand of coffee, given the large volume produced.I know that when we have parties and large gatherings this will be a major hit.

We are very pleased with both the looks and the performance of this coffee percolator. It brews up a full 40 cups rather quickly, and keeps them hot all evening long. We had a long dinner party event, and people were as pleased with their coffee at 11 pm as they were at 7. The new style spout took a little getting used to, but it works like a charm! The unit is also easy to clean, so no complaints there.

Seems to work well.

We appreciate that the urn is light weight and stylish. Has a clear window to see how much coffee is left in the pot. As we have some people with disabilities in our community, the one handed cup activated dispenser is the best feature! I highly recommend this product.

I have always wanted a pot like this one as I am a really heavy coffee drinker. Also, I have a bad habit of breaking glass carafes so I don’t go looking for those kinds of coffee makers. This is a perfect coffee maker for those of us that not only like a lot of coffee, like when we have coffee drinking company, or just for ourselves if we drink a lot of coffee, but also might have a problem with glass carafes.

I love that you can just press your cup to the dispensing bar for your coffee that is a great feature. The coffee/water is perfect temperature. The coffee urn is very easy to assemble and you have the option to make 15 to 45 cups of coffee or hot water. This is a awesome product.
