I purchased this Coffee Pot in late April, 2020. The Coffee Pot looks good in the photos and the Coffee is hot when it pours into the Carafe but when the Carafe is removed the Coffee continues to pour and makes a mess even when the Brew has completed, so the “Auto” feature is clearly not working. Don’t know where the Water or Coffee is coming from. Condensation??. Would not purchase this again nor would I refer it to anyone. Would have returned it but threw the Box it came in away.

It’s a nice looking appliance,simple to program and easy to use and makes good coffee. The only thing I dislike is the area where you pour the water in is a little difficult to get the water into. If you don’t hit the right spot the water runs down and onto the burner.
