I got my new coffee maker only a week ago. Love it!! The water reservoir is easy to fill–on the top of the maker in front!! The basket that holds the coffee swings out in front and easy to use. There is a clock and a programmable timer. I also love the button that you have the option for BOLD coffee Some morning, it helps..I find the carafe easy to remove and it keeps the coffee warm not burnt. I find this coffee maker compact but very easy to use. The coffee is great. I really have no complaints!!

I have really enjoyed using my Hamilton Beach Easy Access Deluxe Coffee Maker. This item is very easy to use. It has a durable front loader. This compartment is where you place your filter and coffee grounds.The coffee maker can also be programmed. This product has a buildt in clock and timer. It has different setting features on the front of the product. It has a easy to fill water reservoir. This is located on the top of the item. The side view of the item has a easy view water window. This allows you to make up to 12 cups of coffee. This item has excellent features. The design is very sleek and modern. This product makes great coffee.

Love that the coffee maker has easy access for putting the water in it. In my tiny kitchen it fits nicely back to the wall under the cabinets freeing up precious counter space. yet I can still easily put the water in with the easy access feature. Is programmable for regular or bold coffee strength and I can set the timer for fresh coffee when I get up in the morning.

This coffee maker is SO EASY to use. It’s got a few bre options, which is great and it’s programmable but you don’t need an engineering degree to figure out how it works. Just enough bells and whistles to make its sleek design complement my kitchen well. I prefer a carafe over a reservoir that keeps the coffee hot because with a carafe you can pour your coffee ANYWHERE. The reservoir of another model ties you to the pot and restricts the size of the cup or thermos you dispense into. Love the glass carafe design too. I finally found a pot I can pour from that doesn’t make a huge mess before it finds the cup. Great choice if you’re in the market for a new coffee maker!!

Awesome coffee pot with awesome features! I have to start out with saying that this coffee pot came with one of the best and easiest instruction manuals I have ever seen. Everything is easy to understand, step-by-step, simple. My favorite part of this coffee machine is that I can program it so my coffee is ready for me in the morning. You have to press the program button everyday that you want it programmed. I do like this because it’s not making coffee when you won’t be home if you forget to turn off “program”. There is an auto 2-hour shutoff also. Once the coffee is brewed, a timer starts to let you know the “time since brew”. It’s very easy to use and set up. I love the style and look of it. The water reservoir is in the front, right above the brew basket. You can set your options for bold, regular and 1-4 cup. What’s pretty neat about this machine is that there is an auto pause and serve feature that lets you pour a cup while the coffee is brewing, so you’re not standing there tapping your fingers waiting for it to finally finish brewing. And finally, there is a cleaning cycle with a reminder, which I really need the reminders. I am very happy with this coffee machine and would recommend to anyone!

The front access design makes filling the water tank a breeze, without messy drips and spills. And the programmable clock is a great way to have your coffee ready in advance- saves me valuable time in the morning. The pot is designed to avoid drips when pouring too- this was a real annoyance with my previous coffee maker. I love everything about it!

I got this about 2 weeks ago and I think it’s a very good coffee pot except for one thing, The lid to fill the water open up towards you Which makes it very hard to fill especially if it’s under a cupboard. Other than that it works very good it’s easy to set the timers.

Most people are right handed so why is the water indicator on the left side? Also have to pull from under cabinet to fill due to the lid opening from the back instead of from the front or side. Why do coffee makers need to take up so much room on the countertops? I bought this one due to price, smallest area coverage, programs for morning and had 10-12 cups. I just want good coffee without all the bells and whistles.

This is a newer way of filling coffee maker of the basket and even the water. I like the front access to the coffee basket. I like even more the front access to fill the water reservoir. I do like the enclosed compartment for the decanter without leaving that openness of others. Some may not like that look though, that’s why mentioning it. The front controls are ok, kind of lacking though. The display seems nice now, though other brands have used displays like this and they fade on brightness over time. The one thing not liking is the back left side water indicator. Just too far back and on the one side not convenient for my location I use the coffee maker, others may like it on that side though. It’s common to put them near the back, but usually not that far back and on the left side.Overall a nice and unique way of filling and using a coffee maker.

I bought this coffee maker on June 2nd and loved everything about it. Swing out basket, front access for water and it didn’t beep when coffee was done, that’s a plus for me.On September 18th, the coffee maker wouldn’t brew the last 4 cups of water. We can’t figure out why. We didn’t even get four months use from it.I’m so disappointed because it was perfect for my needs.
