If you are like me, then coffee is an important part of your life. From the way it’s brewed, to the way it tastes, to how hot is has to be, etc. This is my first digital coffee maker and to my surprise, I actually LOVE it! Not only can you program this, but it has a feature.. ‘time since brew’.. which shows you the time it was last brewed. That is awesome and something that is great to know. Fresh coffee is always the best coffee!!! There is also an auto shutoff AND 3 brewing options. I chose bold and wow, does it give me the flavor I want! I also love that this is a 14 cup, it makes things so much easier when I am hosting and when I have friends and family staying with me. The front fill is also very unique.. to me.. and the mesh filter does a great job of keeping all grinds out of my coffee. Not only is this also very stylish, but it feels very personable to me, like it was made for me! I highly recommend this coffee maker. It truly is amazing!

This coffeemaker is perfect. I really like the front fill design because it makes it so much easier to fill the water without having to pull the unit away from the wall. I also like that you can make a full pot of coffee and also have the option to make one cup if you need to. I like that I can program it at night to have my coffee ready for me in the morning. It is easy to clean and maintain. I like the cone style filters because it makes a tasty cup of coffee every time.

I especially like the addition of the water in the front. Very convenient. The coffee basket has easy access , The coffee tastes very good. The footprint is slightly larger than some makers. I usually use the 1-4 cup setting on a daily basis, putting it into a travel mug. You need to let the hot plate warm it up a bit if you like piping hot coffee or if your mug is stainless and it would bring the temperature down. I like my coffee very hot to start. The program mode has worked well. The large size of the carafe and potential to make bigger pots is great when you have several coffee drinkers to serve. The coffee maker is stylish and goes well on my counter.

If you like to have lots of fresh coffee this is the maker for you. 14 cups in nothing flat. I’ve been making the coffee in our house every morning for at least 30 years and my wife complained I didn’t leave her enough after I filled my thermos, this coffee maker filled it and her morning cups. Like the timer and the regular and bold option, oh and the hold temp is great feature as you decide how hot to keep it. Love it!

The Hamilton Beach Front Fill coffee maker blew away all of my expectations from design to ease of brewing! The 14-cup capacity is one of my favorite features as the extra-large capacity is necessary in our household. And the front fill design is much appreciated, as it makes it so much easier to fill the water tank. The carafe is designed to eliminate drips- a little detail that goes a long way in my opinion. This is the perfect coffeemaker! I can make just several cups of coffee, or up to 14 — which comes in handy when hosting a party. I like the fact that it has a permanent filter for the coffee and an added bonus is the water filter (for better tasting brewed coffee). love this coffeemaker: programmable, 14-cup carafe, add coffee grounds in front & don’t have to lift top, controls in front on top part & not on bottom where they are easily bumped, plus cord can be stored in back of the unit. My only complaint is the short cord so unit has to be near an outlet.

So this is what a real coffee maker is. I have had a very cheap coffee maker for a while now and it always dripped when you removed the pot. Not this one, this coffe maker is awesome, 14 cups! Very easy to set up and program. The timer is great. I am very happy with this item

This is a must have coffee maker if you have friend over often. With it’s 14 cup brewing option it keep me from having to retrieve the 30 cup coffee urn from storage. This unit is loaded with great options such as brewing strength time since brewing, auto shutoff and more. Coffee brewing time is quick and coffee is the right tempature.

This Hamilton Beach front fill coffee maker is filled with features. With Some of the features however I’m not too sure what of what the aim really is. It’s main feature of front filling is pretty neat in concept but actually using it brings in a couple of challenges to the process. The first challenge is the rather shallow depth of the reservoir in the front, it just feels like if you’re not careful you stand to spill a lot of water on your kitchen counter or whatever surface the coffee maker is on. I realized this pretty quickly and I did manage to get all of the water into the reservoir without spilling any. That being said, if you plan on using one of my favorite features of this coffee maker which is it’s 14 cup capacity ( I entertain quite often) you should take your time and handle with care. It may just take you a full minute to poor the water in. If you’re the impatient type just put a towel in front and you should be fine. But as my heading says, this machine is packed with some nice features such as a charcoal activated replaceable water filter, which is especially helpful in making your coffee taste great. There’s also a BOLD setting which gives your coffee more full flavor by slowing down the brewing process. The only thing I’m not entirely sold on is the front loading features of the water reservoir and the coffee grinds basket. Although it’s true both are poured and loaded in the front, however the coffee maker still needs to be pulled out from the bottom of a cabinet on your counter (which is where most people place their coffee maker) because there is still no way to pour the water into the reservoir otherwise. It’s also a bit difficult to read the water level on the back left of the machine. As a convenience feature the front loading feature only fully works for the coffee grinds. But as I stated earlier it’s all about the coffee. So does this front loading machine produce good coffee? The answer here is absolutely YES. First off the most important factor is the temperature of the water coming out, when I measured the coffee’s temperature in the carafe it was 185 degrees, and that means it must’ve been closer to195 degrees in the brewing basket, which is the perfect temperature for brewing in an automatic drip machine. In the end you want perfect results no matter the time it takes. This coffee maker delivers on results and that’s all that matters to me.
