This coffee maker was as advertized. It had the thermal carafe and 12 cup capacity we needed. It also has the programming feature for having the coffee waiting for you in the am. We have had it for a couple of months with daily use. It has a no drip pouring spout, which is nice; however, that means that it is difficult to get the last 1 cup out. Overall we are pleased!
