My wife and I went with this particular unit instead of getting the 12 cup type to cut cost, was big mistake and not saying the 10 cup dispenser is bad. The design of the 12 cup is much better and dispenses the coffee at a much faster rate where as 10 cup has coffee coming out of dispenser at much less rate.

IF you want a low budget coffee maker this is it. Very flimsy but the website didn’t have the 12 cup with the side reservoir water container before Christmas. I took back the 12 with built in reservoir as the bucket spilled water all over the counter after dumping water into the reservoir (they tried it at the store on return couldn’t figure it out either) the 12 cup with side reservoir is back and I have ordered it. Will return this one it doesn’t seem to be well made very loose feeling when you move it to put the water in, said there is a longer warming timer not on this one only 1 hour

I was a huge fan of the HB 6-cup Brew Station and didn’t think it could be improved upon. I was wrong. This HB 10-cup Brew Station is even better! The multi-drip points make a better cup of coffee while the large brew ‘bucket’ works to keep the coffee hot (not just warm like some potted coffee makers)! Best coffee-maker value out there!!
