Makes a perfect cup of coffee every time. One of the best things about this machine is that you never have to worry about using a crafe again. Think of it…no more having to clean it, no more java all over the counter due to leaking. Just a fresh hot cup of coffee. Another great thing is you can keep your coffee warm for up to 4 hours and no more mud to drink. This is the mother of inventions for sure.

Our last Brewstation lasted for years, so when it died I was both sad and excited to replace it with a newer version. My wife insisted on having a pot without a carafe. When you brew a full pot, the one hand dispenser is great, but when you only make two cups and need to disassemble the thing every morning half asleep it’s another. Great tasting coffee, but it’s a little clumsy for two. It’s does not seem as durable as the first. (the beep is no big deal)

Have had Brewmasters before and like the features. Love the 4 hour hold time. Good product with the exception of a poorly designed spout for use in pouring the water into the tank. The spout is narrow and difficult to point it in the proper direction. This makes it difficult to add the water without spilling part of it on the counter. Will probably use a pitcher for adding the water to the tank. The remaining features make it a good, if not great, product. Recommended with reservation.

Having owned the previous model, I was happy to “upgrade” to the new model. The 12 cup reservoir is smaller and it is very difficult to fill with out spilling all over. But it looks great and does not leak.

I had to replace my last brew master, which lasted a few years. This has been updated, so that it is easier to use and has additional features, such as the capibility to make the coffee BOLD, and to keep the warmer going for up to 4 hours, then automatically turning itself off. It is easy to fill with water and makes great coffee.
