Purchased so that we would have a nice single serve coffee maker. It’s fast, quiet, brews hot coffee, but even using the same coffee and equal amounts of water, we get different strengths. Also, with 2 strainers, residue still comes through. Needs a paper filter. Now we’re going to use the Hamilton Beach as a back up and go back to Ninja.

The Best! this is my 2nd Scoop, Single Serve Coffee Maker! When My 1st one stopped working after 3 years I was heartbroken realizing it was my fault for not following the routine cleaning recommendation, When I tried to replace it, it was no longer available. Tried other single serve but just wasn’t the same, When I saw it was back in production I couldn’t order it fast enough. Compact size, ease of emptying the grinds without mess, simply wash the scoop and ready to go. Brews a 12oz cup in about a min. LOVE MY SCOOP!
