I got this to replace my old Hamilton Beach blender (about 6 years old) and I am very pleased with it. I preferred the old blenders lid design, so I kept it and it fits the new glass container perfectly. Great smoothies, I make them almost daily. Don’t overload with frozen ingredients, add a little extra liquid if necessary, and they turn out perfect every time.
