I love my Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer. The beaters glide in and out with ease, which is so refreshing, as this was a point of contention with my old mixer. I have made cheesecake, pancakes, cupcakes and cookies and they all came out flawless. The mixer is definately quieter and lighter than my previous mixer, but just as powerful. I have had no splatter issues and cleanup is a breeze. The Bowl Rest and QuickBurst features are icing on the cake. As someone who loses everything, the storage case is beyond convenient. I am looking forward to using this mixer often throuout the holiday season.

I have a stand mixer and have wanted a portable mixer to use for small mixing jobs. This mixer is just what I wanted. It is small, portable and I like the fact that the beaters are right there when you use the mixer. The mixer was about any speed that you would ever use. I am very impressed with my Hamilton Beach hand mixer. I was surprised how much quieter it is than my previous hand mixer was. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and comfortable to hold. I especially like the option to have that extra burst of power. The snap on case is a huge plus. It keeps all the pieces in one spot, so I’m not looking for all the pieces in various spots every time I need to use it.

This mixer replaces one my wife and I bought in 1969. This mixer if more powerful and heavier, although not so heavy it’s cumbersome. This mixer was first used to make mashed potatoes (of course) and it made the creamiest mashed potatoes; no joke. My old mixer left small lumps potato, this mixer left no lumps at all.I did use the whip to make pudding and it didn’t fail in that task either.I imagine it would make good meringue too.The included case also holds the cord, although just a bit sticks out from the mixer. That definitely is not an issue for me.

Recently been using this blender and I absolutely love it! The first thing I highly admire about this mixer is the power that comes behind it, it mixes ingredients within seconds and does it very effectively! Several years ago I gifted my niece with a hand mixer when she moved into her first college apartment, she is still using it and laughs about how she was less than thrilled when she got it and then quickly came to appreciate it. This mixer is a basic very affordable model that will serve you well for every day tasks. Cake batters, whipped cream, and cookie dough were quick and easy. The best feature for me was the the flat end that allows you to quickly and safely put the mixer down if you have to step away for a minute. The storage case is another design i appreciated, because I do not have to search through my messy baking drawer looking for the beaters. There was even room to tuck my spare measuring spoons in the case.

After I recieved this item I was unsure of what to do to use the item.. It was decided to bake a cake. I was the faster cake mix is some time. This mix does all that it says and I beleve more. The speed has not hesitate at any setting. The easy removal of the beaters is a very useful item. The whip attachment works as well and the one on my stand mixer and so much easier to use. This is a great hand mixer. The snap on case makes stoage easy and uses on a small space.

This hand mixer by Hamilton Beach is super nice. This hand mixer has 3 attachments traditional beaters and whisk and it come with a snap on case to put your beater and whisk in. Which is great for me cause i always seem to lose a beater in the past. It has 6 speeds with a quickburst button. The a burst button gives whatever speed you are on, an added speed boost. The hand mixer really beats or whisk stuff easy and fast. It has a 275 watts peak power. I love that it has a bowl rest. Makes mixing stuff easier. It fit nice and comfy in your hands. Over all i love this little hand mixer. I would recommend this hand mixer to everyone one. It by far one of the best and the price is great.

I love my new mixer! I enjoy making my own buttercream icing for cakes and that’s exactly what I wanted to try first. A lot of mixers tend to bog down when I make it because I use real butter (softened), but this mixer went through with no problems! I was able to make the icing without worrying that I was going to tear it up, it powered right through! It is a very nice kitchen necessity with 6 speeds and a Quickboost button. I love the case that comes with it to hold everything, so I’m not fumbling around looking for the beaters or whisk when I want to use it. The mixer doesn’t take up much space either which is great for someone like me, with limited cabinet space. I highly recommend this product!

I have used this mixer several times now on varied mixing tasks. It has performed well on each. Having six functional speeds is an asset. The slow sped is a little faster than my old mixer’s but still works well as intended. The bowl rest is a handy addition to the design function. I think the snap on case is great. It stores all the attachments and even the cord, too. No more searching through the drawer to find mixer attachments. Overall this is a great multi-purpose hand mixer.
