   I used this hand mixer for hours on the first day that I got it.I used it to whisk some eggs for omelettes, then mix cake batter for cupcakes (It was my granddaughter’s birthday), and after I cleaned everything, I made a cheesecake the same evening.It performed wonderfully.

   I found the mixer very easy to use. It’s light weight and can be operated and the beaters ejected all with one hand. It did a great job mixing the cake I made from scratch and takes up very little storage space.

   I love this mixer. I have a stand mixer, but its a hassle to get it out. This mixer is wonderful for small jobs and easy to store with the snap on case. The case holds the beaters, whisk and the cord. Amazing!

   This is a good overall mixer and is very easy to use! The speeds are adequate and enhanced with a burst of speed button, which makes it easier to get that little bit of extra speed without increasing the overall speed. The unit also comes with an under mount storage compartment for the included beaters and whisk, which is a very nice feature. The only thing that I would change is the unit having a retractable cord!

    I have not owned a mixer in years … Mostly because the last 2 I had .. I somehow lost the attachments and it was a pain to find the storage space. I have children that like cookies and cupcakes … So I decided to try out this Hamilton Beach mixer. I love that it has a neat , well organized storage lid on the bottom that hold both the attachments and the power cord ! Ingenious! I hate it when power cords hang out of my cabinets (Am I right ??) Also this mixer is fantastic like most small appliances from this brand , it’s reliable. It has 6 speeds , no matter what you are trying to make, you can get it done . It also has a quick burst feature , and a “rest bowl ” feature when you are adding ingredients etc. So far so good… I may actually have to bake again. Lol.

    I never thought I would enjoy using a hand mixer again, but I have fallen in love with this Handmixer with a Snap on case! The low speed feature is awesome for starting out without making a total splash, but the feature I love the most is the bowl rest! No more major messes! This handmixer is a baker/cooks must have!

    Bought this mixer for convenience. Small jobs like cakes, pudding, cornbread, etc. bonus with Hamilton beach is their innovation and attention to small details. This has a hook to allow me to leave it while I add a bit more milk or another egg. The accessories are always together for easy access in the attached storage. I never fumble around locating the beaters or whisk.

    I got this handmixer as an Ambassador item. To receive it and give my review! And it definitely deserves 5 Stars! I mainly wanted to see if it could handle mixing a stiff batter. And still be gentle enough to mix my favorite cake batter! My tropical cake has crushed Pineapple and Mandarin Oranges in it. And I don’t want them torn up! This hand mixer passed the test! From whipped cream to cake batter! 5 Stars all the way! And the plus side was that it fits in it’s own container! So the beaters don’t get lost!!

    This is a great mixer. Love the size and the snap on case, makes it easy to store everything in one place. Works great for all you need a mixer/whisker for! And the bowl rest feature is the best……never had that before.

    This is a really good mixer. I love the snap on case for storage. It comes with the whisk and beaters. I love that it has 6 speeds. It also has a quick burst button. It is made really well and works great. It is very easy to use and has a bowl rest feature.
