Used the professional speed mixer for the first time using the whisk attachment and I must say it worked better then my old mixer. I was able to adjust the speed and didn’t have the splatter that I have had with others. Also really like how it comes with it’s own storage unit

In my video I am making banana bread and blending the bananas. When the beaters hit the side or bottom of bowl they just keep going quietly. The old ones banged noisily. I love the way the mixer & attachments store compactly all together. I didn’t have a problem with cookie dough. The slow start does prevent splatter! If I had a Hamilton Beach microwave, my kitchen would be all Hamilton Beach now!

This mixer is great! I love that it has the compartment to store the cord and attachments in. The 5 speeds give a great variety for anything you need to mix and it comes with the beaters and a whisk attachment which adds even more versatility.

I’ve used my Hamilton Beach Professional 5-Speed Hand Mixer to make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving and it created a smooth and uniform mash very quickly. I’ve also made pancake batter as well. It is very easy to use and to clean and comes with a convenient storage cradles that takes up very little space. A big plus in my small apartment.

I received the hand mixer and was very impressed with it. It has great features and the quality is excellent. It mixes anything with no effort and no splatter and is very easy to clean. It also comes with it’s own case that holds the cord and beaters, plus it’s very quiet. I’m extremely happy with it and would definitely recommend this hand mixer!

I love the fact I don’t have to get out my big stand mixer to do small mixing jobs. It is heavier than other hand mixers I’ve had in the past which I like.I like the design,it is a nice looking mixer. I have only had it for a couple of days, I used it to whip up some Dream Whip and it worked great. The storage compartment is an added bonus.

I tested this mixer on 2 different types of food. The first was slow cooked chicken. Definitely couldn’t shred all 6 breasts in one shot. Had to do it in smaller batches but got the job done. Today I tried it on a double batch of sugar cookie dough… Creamed the wet stuff like a champ but I definitely was rough mixing the dry ingredients in. I could hear the strain on the motor at the lower to mid speeds. I tried turning up the speed to 4 or 5 and then the mixer got hard to control. The handle is not easy on hands that have arthritis and that’s definitely a design flaw I’d change. I’m going to be making chocolate chip cookies later and probably won’t do a double batch now which I frequently do just because this mixer definitely can’t handle the thickness of it.
