The design and style of the Hamilton Beach Professional 7 Speed Hand Mixer is my idea of perfect. No more loose beaters in the drawer or cords hanging all over the cabinet. All attachments fit easily into the snap on case! So simple to store, with little space needed. I just love this!!! The Mixer itself is light weight and easy to use. Along with the snap on storage case, the mixer includes, 2 Soft Scrape beaters, 2 dough hooks, 1 whisk and a lockable swivel cord! This is the best hand mixer I’ve had, it glides with ease while using. I beat eggs with the whisk, which came out fluffy. The Soft Scrape beaters mixed my cake batter with little splatter and without scratching my bowl. You have complete control of speed using the dial, with digital control display letting you know your level. Not a loud appliance, very soft in sound. To wash or change your beaters, whisk or dough hooks, simply pull on the easy release trigger. So pleased with everything about this hand mixer and highly recommend!

After 15 years with my current Hamilton Beach mixer, it was time for an upgrade. The new Hamilton Beach Professional 7 speed hand mixer is amazing. This mixer has extreme power to get through even the toughest cookie dough! It comes complete with the 2 standard beaters, 2 dough hooks (love them) 2 soft scrapers and a whisk attachment all in a secure plastic case that attaches to the base of the mixer itself. I am loving the speed options on this, from #1 – to get my egg whites started to #7 for that thick dough. The LED speed is easily recognized through a window on top of the mixer. It’s not heavy to handle and the power function and grip is perfect. The quick burst option at every speed makes quick work of my recipes. The cord is swivel which I truly appreciate, no more getting it twisted around my hand or bowl. The mixer is easy to wipe down and the beaters are dishwasher safe. I love this Hamilton Beach Professional 7 hand mixer and highly recommend it to everyone.

This is a really nice hand mixer! It looks really classy and I love the rubber coated beaters. It is definitely alot better for mixing in metal and glass bowls. I like all the different speeds that it has.(7) It is alot quieter than my old one. It also doesn’t flip batter out as much either. It starts out slower and then picks up speed.The cord is a good length. It does come with dough hooks which I’ve never had before. I am excited to use them. There is also a whisk which is awesome for whipping cream and egg whites. I like the storage container which has plenty of room for the attachments and cord. This mixer is well made and strong. I really like it and am very pleased with it!!

The Hamilton Beach Professional 7 Speed Hand Mixer is just what I needed in my kitchen. I love that this comes with the soft scrape beaters, dough hooks, and a whisk. The snap-on storage case is great. I like that I have it all in one place and don’t have to go searching through my silverware drawer anymore.It has 7 different speeds you adjust by turning the wheel located on the top of the mixer. It has a digital screen so you can easily see what speed you have it set at. The quick-release trigger is located just under the handle. It has a lockable swivel cord for left or right-handed use. The metallic silver and chrome finish gives this such a nice professional look. Overall, this has by far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this.

The inserts are plastic coated they do not really break up the mixes.There is only 1 for whpiping which is metal and 2 for dought .I wish the ones for mixing were metal.

This is very powerful for a hand mixer. It is a little heavier than other hand mixers, but it works more like a stand one. It has the silicone coating on the beaters which is a great addition. The batter doesn’t stick that way, and the beaters do not scrape the sides of my bowl like plain metal does. It is mostly quiet and works pretty smoothly. I like the case that it sits in with the beaters. I made banana bread, a cake, and cookie dough. It worked great with all different batters. I really like this mixer. The quality is fantastic!

The mixer was delivered as I was getting ready to make sugar cookies. If you’ve made them , you know how stiff the dough is. Well, no problem, the mixer worked like a charm. Everything was mixed nicely and the different speeds were a great help. When I added the dry ingredients it just needed to be combined, perfectly stirred in. Next I made mashed cauliflower, no lumps and mashed the way we prefer it. I keep the mixer on my counter so I can just grab it. It is very nice looking and I love the storage on the bottom. I tried to think of any cons but there really weren’t any for me. This is my favorite mixer that I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few( I cook and bake all the time).

The 7 speed professional hand mixer works great and is very easy to use. it has a slow start so as to prevent splatter but if you push the quick burst button you can get a burst of power when ever you need it. I love the swivel cord because it makes it easy to move around with in the kitchen. The 7 speeds allows you to whip up anything and everything effortlessly. This is super easy to clean as well, just hit the release button and empty the beaters into the sink and use soap and water to clean. This hand mixer may be my newest favorite kitchen appliance. i highly recommend this hand mixer!

I can attest to the longevity of Hamilton Beach products. My first and only hand mixer is a Hamilton Beach, that was given to me at my wedding shower, in 1987. This mixer arrived just in time for baking season in our house! We’ve mixed up a couple batches of cookies, frosting, and beat eggs for a quiche already. The silicone covered beaters make for much quieter mixing, especially when using a metal or glass bowl, which is great when trying to keep the noise down when little ones are sleeping! The gradual start did a great job at keeping things from flying out of the bowl on startup. I noticed my sugar cookie dough wanted to climb and build up above the beaters, so mixing was a bit tricky while trying to use a rubber spatula to keep it clear. With the beaters full of dough, the.mixer couldn’t properly stand on it’s own either. Despite the swivel for the cord, it felt like it kept getting in the way, but perhaps I’m just not used to it yet. The matte silver finish looks so nice- I wish they had used it all over instead of adding the chrome accent. Overall I’m impressed with the quiet mixing power, and I like the attachments and case that keeps it all together!
