You know, I just turned 82 and I have really been missing something wonderful in my lifetime, the Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer. This is the most wonderful experience in my life it works beautifully, fast and easy to control fantastic I love it love it love it. This stand mixer has many options that are well designed. The suction cups hold it to the counter firmly so it doesn’t move around at all. The whisk is awesome and FAST for whipped cream and frosting, great for buttercream. It has bread hook and flat blade which is super for cake mixes. The mixer seems well built and is quite heavy. It is a bit noisy which is only complaint.

Gave it a pretty good test run! My biggest passion is yeast breads, If a mixer has the power to knead it gets my vote! It never struggled with mixing my bread. It takes some getting used to pushing the button to release it each time you put the head up or down.Used the whipping tool to make homemade icing and it was light and fluffy. Easy to clean, very lightweight, large bowl to double a recipe! I love to bake and this will be a great addition to my kitchen!

My son has been wanting to start making bread, so I got this for him. This is a very well-made mixer and a great value for the money. It came with a splash guard, dough hook, mixing paddle, and a whisk. It is not as heavy as some mixers as it is not all metal. The bowl is very easy to detach and the knob to control the speed works very well making it easy to slowly increase the speed and not have flour all over the place.It tested it by making two loaves of bread and it did not have any problems mixing and kneading the dough. This will last my son and help him learn to make his own bread. I am quite happy with this mixer and I believe he will be as well.

Eh, it’s pretty good. Not the most solid. The top part swings up for loading, then down so you can mix, but isn’t firmly down, so the mixing blades leave part of the material in the bottom of the bowl, so you have to stop occasionally and scrape the bottom. The dough hook is way better than mixing by hand, though.

The Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer has all the power and functions you need in a stand mixer. The mixer is very powerful and has very strong suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place. The design is simple, stylish and makes it very easy to clean. The head lifts easily with the push of a button. There’s a splatter shield included as well as three attachments (dough hook, whisk, flat beater) and a stainless steel four quart bowl that locks into place. I’ve never used a mixer that only had a large whisk instead of two beaters and I have to say that I much prefer the large whisk. There are seven speeds depending on what you’re mixing up, each work great. I’m quite happy with the mixer and would definitely recommend.
