I like to bake once in a while, but not enough to invest in a big bulky countertop machine. This mixer is perfect for my occasional use in baking and other cooking needs. The speeds give enough power to take on the jobs I need it for without being too heavy for smaller hands. I also love the carrier it fits into that holds the beaters and cord. My previous mixer was a brand from a famous chef – I was not at all impressed with the power levels and performance. It came with other beaters but it was not worth much good because of the lack of power. This mixer is perfect for basic cooking and baking needs and has handled every use I have tried it on!

First tried mash potatoes….worked wonders! Next sweet potatoes being thicker…again…wonderful! Tried the whisk…whipped up the egg whites to perfection. Really like the case for the beaters/whisk. No more having to find them in the drawer…great idea. Very easy to use and as easy to clean. Thanks for the great product!

Whew! Thank goodness the Holidays are behind. My hand mixer was aged…. Wedding gift from the 70’s. I replaced it late December with this new model. Wow! What a difference it made. From creaming butter for frosting Santa’s sugar cookies to whipping cream for the Christmas day pies, it made the work faster and easier. The shape of the beaters made short work of the butter and sugar. The extra burst of speed assists with whipping the cream. Clean up is a breeze. I like the holder for storage… everything in one place.

This mixer is simple to use but very effective. It comes with a storage case, two beaters and a whisk. The beaters are easy to put on and take off and are securely held in place during use. I used this mixer to help cream butter and sugar for Christmas cookies, and it worked wonderfully. It would be a wonderful addition to anyone’s kitchen who doesn’t have room for a large stand mixer but still enjoys baking.
