The Hamilton Beach Premium Big Mouth 2-Speed Juice Extractor is very easy to use but will not only extract great fruit and vegetable juices but will extract Almond and Soy milk too!The Owners Manual includes many great drink recipes and baking recipes to use the fruit pulp in!Included with the juice extractor is a generous pitcher that collects 40 oz of juice too!Our entire family is getting healthier, 87 year old Mom Doris even loves the Apple Carrot juice !

I only gave it 4 stars because the instructions are vague at best. The unit works great and clean up is a snap. I almost called it the big mess juicer because When I turned it on high the first time the powerful motor had jerked the pitcher from under the no-drip spout and I juiced all over the counter and myself. I’ll chalk it up to inexperience but the manual should have warned me. Overall, Great product, lousey instructions .
