Fool proof pasta every time. I did work as a cook and used the professional machines. Granted the recipe is different but if you follow the directions and use the measured amount of flour and liquid(add a touch of olive oil to your liquid). Your good to go. With the lasagna attachment I have made stuffed pasta using the sheets. For me I found egg whites work better to seal them than water. Clean up is easy the machine has a small footprint. I use it just about everyday. Restaurant quality at home.
