I have set of Craftsman screw driver in big toolbox in garage. A set of Husky in the truck. And this on the kitchen counter. I bought it cause it was on sale for a buck or two I don’t remember. I let it sit there on the counter and don’t worry about losing it making my screw driver set incomplete. This review is for the HDX Model 120SD12D 6-in-1 Screwdriver.I’m a retired computer tech and still support friends and family when their gear breaks. While I carry a full toolbox in the back of my car, most of the time I rely on what I carry in a shoulder carry messenger bag. To remove computer cases, hard drives, power units, etc. all that is usually needed is a #2 Phillips, a 1/4″ socket driver, a #1 Phillips, and a flat head driver (for prying, mostly). Until recently I carried separate, dedicated tools in my shoulder bag. While I still have a full set of drivers in my car toolbox, the HDX 6-in-1 has replaced the four dedicated drivers in the bag that goes into the jobsite first.The HDX meets my needs admirably – and at a bargain cost. Of course I’m not trying to remove rusted on bolts or screws; computer repair is pretty much light duty work. But sometimes all you need is “good enough”. The unit comes with a 90 warranty from H/D and is inexpensive enough to replace if it gets lost or broken.The handle is smooth and, while plenty large enough, may not offer the grip of drivers with contoured handles. (I don’t have to worry overlymuch about working on computers with wet or slippery hands). The balance of the driver is O.K., nothing unusual.The unit may not be the best choice for heavy duty repairs, but for general household repairs (fixing a lamp, changing a light switch, etc.) I think the HDX is great value for the money, and the convenience of rotating tips saves carrying multiple drivers.HTHRegards,Jim

Bought this week before Christmas. Looking for screwdrivers and found this in a box on the bottom of the Screwdriver display. Bottom? Not sure why but this is an excellent screw driver for under $3 dollars. Quality is excellent and not representative of the cost. Best of all this 6 and 1 driver is made in the USA. Beats the heck out of the junk from China and at a great cost. Shocked its tucked away in a small cardboard box at the bottom of the shelf. My advice, forget the shiny nifty looking Chinese drivers and try this driver. It is surprizingly sturdy, tough well built has an excellent professional handle and fit like a Snapon driver. And it is less than $3 bucks. Get it!

I have 4 or 5 of these around the house. When other screwdrivers can’t get a screw loose I go looking for these. The tips are very strong and fit into screw heads better than any screwdriver I have ever used. You can strip a phillips head out with another screwdriver and take one of these and it will still grab enough to break the screw loose nearly always. Everybody needs to have a couple of these around the house and in their car. I would highly recommend this.
