Without having much experience with this type of tool I was able to go through the instructions, get the proper matching equipment for the hammers to function, ” compressor, hose, brads” and start my projects. As of this point I have not had any jams, misfires or problems. I know I don’t use them as much as a contractor, I’m just a DIY guy so they’re not in constant use but eventually I’ll get lots of hours in on them. If something goes wrong at some point I can update my review. I love not having to swing a hammer or drive screws. I’ve had it for 3 weeks so far.

Initial quality of pin nailer and brad nailer — very good. No misfires; no jams. But, I’ve only had the items for a month and only used 3 strips of pins and 1 strip of brads. Time will tell how well they wear. And, I haven’t had a need to use the straight nailer or stapler. So, I hope HD sends me another request to review the products in 12-18 months.

I am well pleased with the performance of the 4 items. I was slightly disappointed that only the pin gun had any safety feature (as far as I can tell), so I do not give a 5 star recommendation. But, it is a great, great value for a beginner or hobbyist!
