I am very pleased with this set of steak knives! They are nice, solid weight, but not overly bulky or heavy. Definitely a wonderful replacement for the cheap, flimsy steak knives we used to use! They have a nice serrated edge which is great for slicing meats. The knives also arrived with very nice little tip protectors which will help protect from accidental injuries and also protecting the drawers, cabinets, etc. from accidental damage.

I really like these steak knives. I hadn’t bought steak knives in years and guess I didn’t realize how sharp a steak knife is supposed to be. These knives are very sharp and make cutting steaks easy. I like the heft and weight of the knives and the blade is very sturdy. The handle is an appropriate diameter and a good size to get a good grip on. Also, they are nice to look at and look expensive. Nice set. I hand wash them to prolong their life.

This four piece Henckel’s steak knife set is not only very sharp. Has a nice nice design with metal tips at the end of the handle. The blades are serrated and easy to use. They enhance any table setting regardless of the brand or design of the flatware being used. This would also make a very useful gift for a cook or grilling expert. Highly recommended.

Like how solid this serrated knife feels in my hand. End cap a bit heavy. Packaging shows straight blade with a fine edge – instead of serrated. Wife wanted serrated blade and I’ve learned not to argue. I’m a skeptic about small serrations that tend to tear through the meat, but will keep an open mind about these.

Love the traditional rivited handles, and the best part was that I could just throw them in the dishwasher. Henckels knives are a high quality product and these knives live up to the reputation that this company has earned over the years. Quality is throughout the product which uses high quality stainless steel which extends through the handle to the end cap. It utilizes three rivets, the standard for high quality knives.I have the four pack and will now purchase an addition four pack to complete my set for daily and guest use. As long as you follow proper cleaning and storage instructions these knives can last a lifetime for both everyday and special occasion use.

This is an excellent value for hefty-in-your-hand quality. The stainless serrated blade is ever-sharp and reasonably stiff. The curved polypropylene handle is comfortable and handsome, nicely balanced and weighted, constructed with a metal satin-finished end-cap. Right down to the tip-protectors, this professional looking product and packaging make it perfect for gifting (see photo). This knife set is part of the JA Henckels International line made in China. Although they claim dishwasher-safe, I’ll opt to handwash. See photos for blade detail.
