This is an amazing knife set and the knives are so sharp! There’s no more knife slips on a tomato or an onion. They cut through meat like it’s butter! I removed the skin off of the back of a rack of ribs and it just peeled off as I sheared it off. That’s never happened before with previous knife sets. Buy this product…you won’t regret it.
