I’ve been wanting this size knife for awhile. I had no idea how much I would love it! I reach for it all the time – cutting veggies -bok choy, String Beans – and fruit- apples etc. Strong and slimmer than other Utility knives, it’s very easy to use. I already have Classic 6″ Chef Knife and Classic 8″ Utility/Slicing Knife and the 5″ Four Star Serrated Knife (which I love) and 4″ Pro S paring knife. I’ve had good experience with Classic line. I also bought Four Star 6″ Utility knife but it’s not my favorite (bigger blade). Totally needed this 6″ knife size in my collection!
