I keep these in with my everyday “butter” knives for day-to-day slicing. The serration is nice because you get a clean cut. They can withstand the abuse that comes from daily use and abuse including the dishwasher.

These steak knives are really nice. They are cast all in one piece so the handle is slim. They are lightweight so they’re easy to use. The blade is serrated so they do a good job cutting through meat. Each knife is about 8″ long. The blade is 3-1/2″ long and has a nice sharp point. They are stainless steel so you can throw them in the dishwasher after dinner making clean up a breeze.
