Saw worked fine. They don’t send the coupler you need to hook saw to hose. No info about it. Wasted a work day driving all over town trying to find coupler. Turns out you can buy them in lawnmower dept. Why can’t they send a $10 part with a $1000 saw??? NOT HAPPY!!!

Saw fired right up and the value package with the extra blades was great value. In the long run, much cheaper to buy than rent a saw. It cut easily through 3″ granite.

This started out working OK but then it just stopped on the first day that we used it. When we rented the same machine in the past, its been great. When we brought it back to the store, they said they would repair it but then they just issued a credit and processed a return. We’ll try again.

this should have come with a small bottle of hilti oil mix and the correct connector to hook to water hose. I am sure this is because home depot would like us the buy the premix fuel they sell in the can.

Cold start always not easy. Many, many,many,many pulls needed. Called the toll free number on the machine to see if they can give me some tip or trick to make it easier to start. They tell me to go back to Home Depot. Luckily , it started before I returned it to Home Depot. Since it finally started, I concluded that there is no manufacturing defect and decided to keep it.It cut like a champ if you can start it!
