Hello I am a plumber and I use this laser on the daily basis. It’s the best top of the line product so one day my apprentice dropped a piece of pipe cast-iron 2 inch directly onto the laser it shattered the glass needless to say I was very upset after blowing off some steam I called hilti customer service . They were very helpful and told me to send in the laser and then a few days I’d have my laser black so a few days pass and I got a shipment in expecting to see my old laser just repaired Hilti went above and beyond sent me a brand-new one new laser new tripod new case and even a owners manual needless to say I was very impressed so with those actions hilti has a customer for life
