It blows up and lights up nicely. The pumps is strong enough to keep it standing. It comes with ropes and tiny metal stakes to keep it secured. I purchased regular tent stakes as my inflatables stay up 24/7 for about 3 weeks during Christmas but what is provided will work. I hope it lasts as only time will tell but it looks like it will last many years.

Bought two of these for our yard. They were easy to set up and look good once inflated. My only issue with these is the lighting. They are fairly dim at night compared to some of my other inflatables. Also, the way they are made, the light doesn’t illuminate the antlers or the legs. All in all, I’d say these are a good value at current pricing and I’m happy with them, just wish they lit a little better.

Please Home Depot, PLEASE, Restock these for next year as I want more “GuardDeer” for our Crazy Christmas display – like enough to look like a herd on our lawn! Passersby’ love them and I love them, hilarious and so cute, and VERY well made! Oh and we live in a neighborhood in Colorado with tons of deer, they were “BEAUTIFUL “when we first moved in years ago, but they’re annoying and poo everywhere and, yes, they’re pretty, but seriously I swear the neighborhood’s deer herd has ignored my front planter boxes lately, and it’s because of the “GuardDeer” LOL!!!
