It is nice to have a string of 500 lights. The product works as expected and seems durable enough. The color of the lights is a little disappointing as there are yellow and orange bulbs in the sequence, that both look the same when the string is lit. Instead of getting the color range we wanted, we have a tree that is mostly yellow/orange.

2 or 3 reels of the 8 that bought had sections of lights that were not working directly out of the packaging. Very frustrating since I couldn’t see that they were out until I reached the bad section as I was stringing them up on the gable ends of my roof while up on a ladder!

The product replaced numerous shorter strings which couldn’t handle the load. The packaging was not completely accurate – it indicated that each spool was a single string of 500 lights when in fact it was two strings of 250 lights each.
