Not too difficult too assemble, although the directions leave something to be desired. Took me (female, age 74, assembling alone at night with light only from lamps) about an hour. All parts don’t completely align, but the tail was the only part requiring “surgical intervention.” You’ll have to secure the legs with extra zip ties, but they include extras in case you need them. It’s recommended to assemble on the floor. At 74, I decided to use a round coffee table to get the parts to a comfortable height. I put a blanket on the table for protection, but it scratched the table anyway. So basically, protect the surface on which you assemble with cardboard, perhaps?

Absolutely adorable. Use the zip ties! I neglected to open the instruction baggie and nearly chucked the whole 10-piece mess into the bin after 15 minutes of nothing staying in place. Once I realized my mistake, it was an easy 5-minute assembly job. Way too cute to leave in the yard. My Doggo is right outside my front door, keeping packages safe from porch pirates. 3 neighbors have already asked where to buy one. Yes, buy this dog. He is gorgeous! I know he’ll be part of our family for many, many years.

Love this chocolate Lab. Reminds me of our girl that passed Oct 5. Great size and chocolate with some snow on it. We kept it on the porch and it lights up great.
