The plastic support meant to hold the paper in place was not movable to hold the 8 1/2 by 11 paper forward. The printer jammed. I was unable to raise class tray to remove the paper. They are replacing the printer. I trust the new one will respond properly. For years we have only had HP printers. I am very disappointed and concerned about the quality but hopeful

I bought this a month ago and not overly satisfied with it. I bought this because it had a document feed with automatic two-sided copying/scanning. The document feed does not always grab the items in the feed.

Wonderful Printer, once several HP personnel took over my computer. And finally, it was made useable a week later.

The new HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e is lighter in weight than my previous heavier copier. Also, this particular model is easier to connect to via Wi-Fi. I can print from my computer wireless!

Tis is my second HP printer, and i love it. Not only does this model do what i need for it to do (I am not a real demanding individua and my needs are not that many), but the unique feature about the HP printers in my life have included the Instant Ink feature. I never run out of ink, and i am currently fonsidering the paper rreplacement feature as presented by HP. I am totally sold on this product. Thanks to HP Corporation for user-friendly products.

The paper tray does not hold the paper properly. When trying to print something that is several pages long from the computer, it tends to jam and misprints the second page. It is also very slow to print. Whoever designed this model (in my opinion) really messed up the paper handling feature!! Also, when starting the printer after it has been off, it makes a lot of clunky sounds as it goes through its procedures. My old HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 was SO MUCH BETTER!!

I have used my new printer only once so far- to print 12 pages on card stock. I was able to select the option for special paper. It printed beautifully- no jams-everything went very smoothly. I am impressed with my new HP 9015e. It replaces my HP 1800 which I literally wore out over many years with home printing of booklets, double sided documents, artwork, and signage. I think HP 9015e and I will get along just fine. He’s smarter than 1800, and I hope he’s just as loyal. Thanks to all who came up with another good product.

A lot of promise but the machine doesn’t live up to them.

I don’t use a printer that much, but it’s a necessity. So far, it prints beautifully, is relatively quiet and efficient. It was very expensive, though.

This is a smaller printer for me. BUt, it does everything the larger one did but just a llittle slower, It’s lighter and that’s important when you are about to turn 75 LOL.

l have only had this printer for less than two weeks and so far it meets all my expectations. I must also admit that the Printer Help Desk did a marvelous job of taking over my PC and completing the install, including activating all the necessary software.
