Quick and easy setup with multiple computers and phones. Duplex printing is a paper saver. Scamning is easy to use and of high quality. Good value for the price.

Overall, I like the printer. The thing I don’t care for it the tray that catches printed pages

Like other reviewers, this all-in-one is a bit loud. Otherwise the quality of the output is the high quality I expected from HP. Initial software install ran into a glitch due to me still being on Windows 7. However, HP tech support was able to get me up and running in a single call. Unit also works well printing from mobile devices.

I bought this printer for my home office, because I needed to get paperwork done for the family and I couldn’t access my office because of COVID. I tested two new printers of the same model. The first one I got, printed one page and, within 20 mins after unpacking and installing, started displaying a blue screen with an error code. It turned out that the carriage was stuck and I could not print anymore. I processed a return and within a week I got a new printer of the same model as a replacement. Similar story, I printed one page and, within 20 mins or so, the display failed. This time there seemed to be a problem with the power input because the printer never turned on again. I have now processed my second return and this time requested a refund. I do not recommend purchasing this model; I have used other older HP printers without any issues, but this model seems to be faulty at the moment.

Seems to have good print quality. Haven’t had long enough to know about longevity. Lighter weight plastic than its predecessor.

I’ve been using this printer a few days. I switched from an HP Envy 5660 which I really liked but it can’t handle cardstock. This printer does print on cardstock. So far pictures have printed darker than they do on the HP Envy but that’s not necessarily good or bad. I have had a bit of trouble actually sending docs to this printer which is why I give it 4 stars. This may be a function of my router location though. When it does print it’s fast which is nice and the prints look good.

I purchased a second printer for my home.network to ensure both me and my working spouse had print access and speed to expedite print outputs at same.time throughout the day.

I got my printer a couple weeks ago and so far I love it! I saw reviews that it was difficult to set up but it was actually really easy. I work from home so I needed an all in one and this printer is perfect.

I have had the printer jam 3 times in one day and decides to print extra pages which caused the jams. The print quality is good and it pretty fast. It is just frustrating when I jams and prints extra pages. If you don’t print much… it is a great printer.

fast, reliable, quiet and easy to set up and use across all my devices

The printer worked for one day. And now everytime we turn it one it cycles that it is updating software and is completely non functional. Horrible device!

It makes something simple so complicated. Just getting it set up was a pain.

It seems to be built very cheaply, lots of flimsy plastic parts. Paper tray is hard to operate, don’t think this is made for light office use.
