Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9015e can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.

Our old HP printer went out after lasting for years, we wanted the latest and capability to print from IPhones and tablets, this printer so far has been excellent. Easy to setup, download the HP Smart app, follow the instructions and blam we printing from computer, phones and tablets. We’ve had no issues with it maintaining connection to our WiFi. We’ve printed, scan, and no issues whatsoever. As of now, strongly recommend to family and friends.

I bought this item a few weeks ago therefore the Good Rating. I need to use it for at least a month or two before judging. Initial reaction is good. Was able to get up in running and connected quickly and easily. I was a bit worried reading some other people who had problems. I did not experience any of that. Copies and scans are faster than my older HP 8600. Hopefully the ink usage will be good (and yes, I do use the proper “ink saving” settings).

The quality of the printer is excellent. However, it is difficult to remove the paper tray to re-load or change paper.

I upgraded my laptop after 11 years and realized my printer needed an update also. My HP Representative was very helpful and understood what I needed in a printer. Setup of this printer was the easiest ever in 25 years of having a printer. There was hardly any issues at all. Nothing like it was 10 years ago trying to setup a wireless printer on my wireless network. I’m very happy with my OfficeJet printer, it’s a seamless transition to a new printer.

Really appreciate the wonderful new features in this printer. My former OfficeJet (8600) got blown up by an electrical storm. I loved that printer and was really disappointed to lose that printer but, now that I have the next generation OfficeJet (9015), I am just delighted. I especially like the fact that I can now scan and group multiple-page pdf’s into one single file without the need for for a separate program.

Somewhat ok, but: 1. Sometimes when printing double sided, it is very slow (tediously 1 line at a time .2. I keep getting a message that the printer is disconnected from computer. I tried with HP to get this fixed once, but it came back. 3. Sometimes when I send a print job from PC to printer, it tells me that printer is n/a, but after a pause prints ok. Printer is at times very noisy. Other than this is seems like a good machine, quiet and fast. 4. HP Smart shortcuts are not obvious.

Its difficult to align with the website. Not everyone is a computer tech and it’s very confusing.

Scanner rollers have squeaked since I purchased it. Cleaning them have not helped.

The only thing I don’t like is a noise that makes when turns on/off, and when it starts to operate (Crank Noise) which doesn’t make when is printing and is good just the regular printing noise. Everything else it’s awesome on this printer, great features, reliable, durable, easy to storage, the set up was smooth except for the app got frozen a few times and I had to closed it and reopened it a few times until it loaded up.
