We have had the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e for a few weeks. It has served us well. One negative mark is that it goes to sleep after only 15 minutes which cannot be reset. This an inconvenience. That being said, we are satisfied that this printer will serve our needs well.

Malfunctions from day 1. A brink would serve you better. HP has really took a dive over the years. SMH

I bought this printer mainly because it said it was able to reduce or enlarge. I have not figured out how to do that yet

I bought this and installed via HP Smart+ on 1/18/21. The printer seems to be fine but records do not reflect my additional 1 year warranty. Over the past 20+ years I have purchased 6 HP printers and have been quite happy. How can the record reflect my additional year warranty.

Bought the 9015e to replace a HP printer that had failed after years of use. The 9015e was an easy set up on my WiFi network and mobile devices. the print quality is excellent and speed is fast.

I bought this printer on Monday and after setting it up, I am shocked to find out that it will only print photos from a USB drive. It will scan PDF’s to USB drive, but not print them. PLEASE PLEASE add PDF printing to the USB interface!!

I purchased this product to replace my previous one with HP. It’s heavier & more complicated in terms of bells & whistles. However, I am optimistic that it will satisfy my needs for copying, scanning & faxing very well!

I just bought it a few weeks ago. Everything seems to be working fine. My previous printer was an HP as well. It lasted about 5-6 years. So, I am looking forward to this one lasting for quite some time.

Quick! Quiet! An improvement over my HP 4650 which stopped doing double sided printing for no reason. It’s a bit larger than the 4650 but a very good printer.

The 9015e is an excellent home/small business full feature printer. It’s easy to setup and operate.

It was not of the quality that I expected so I returned it and stayed with my Officejet Pro 8740 with dual cassette.

I bought this printer about two months ago, just opened the carton installed it and the only feature that I am not satisfy with is the paper trade. I printed an insurance policy with 20 pages and all the pages go to the floor. The tray cannot be extended. I am very upset I would like to know if I can purchase a different tray that would hold the papers in.

I had to replace my last printer that was ancient and quite inefficient. I searched reviews before purchasing this one and am quite happy with the value, features and fairly easy setup that I was able to do. It doesn’t take up anymore space then my last one but has far more capabilities and quite quick and efficient. I really like the automatic ink replacement plan!
