I was very pleased with packaging and printer arrived undamaged. I had some problems with set-up. Luckily, I’ve had much experience with computers & printers, because there was no manual with printer.

this BP printer seems to deliver seamless performance. It replaces an HP 8035 which never worked correctly and was returned and our 8720 which lost its WiFi capability when it was few years old.

Printer does all that it is supposed to do. I am replacing a Officejet Pro 8600 Plus which I liked better because it had a legal size scanner. It does have sharp printing and it is fast enough. Still new so no track record for me on how it will stand up.

This is probably my 5th or 6th HP Printer in the last 20 years. They last 3 or 4 years and then need to be replaced. The printer is easy to connect (I use wireless), prints fairly quickly, great print quality but mostly anymore I use it for scanning. This printer does a great job of scanning. I have never used the fax so I have no opinion on its capabilities.

Compared to my last HP printer ( Pro 8025) the scanning feature is extremely slow.

As a retired Accountant, I like to print and have supporting documentation. For over six years I owned an OfficeJet Pro 8610 that never had a paper jam. However, that changed with this model. It seems that approximately 50% of the time there is a paper jam with this unit, especially printing multiple pages. It seems like a ‘crap shoot’ every time I hit the print button, whether or not I’ll get a print-out. And on really frustrating days, the printer locks up and displays code “8910092”; I have to unplug the unit to get it working again. I very much like HP printers and like to think I happened to buy a ‘lemon’ this time around. Unless I find a way to fix this problem, I will have to purchase a new printer by next tax season (and it probably won’t be an HP). Lastly, the ADF does not work when scanning multiple pages.

The OfficeJet Pro 9015e is a very good printer. Scanning is noiseless and smooth. Printing is decently fast. However, the power button does not work on my machine. I also had to have support assist me in installing the printer software since the provided instructions were not sufficient when they failed.

This printer is very fast, performs beautifully, and has worked perfectly from its initial setup. I love the two-sided scan feature. The best printer we have had.

I found that the color copies were no where close to the original picture being copied, they were very muted. It did not do what I had hoped it would do, tho for documents it was excellent .

I have the 9020 series which is great. This printer has limited ink supply and prints much slower. Set up was easy and print quality is fine.

I’m very disappointed that I’m not able to print one check by itself, when the OfficeJetPro 8625 would allow that. Maybe there’s a trick to it that I don’t know about, but I’ve had several failures, and everyone I’ve talked to about it has not been able to help! I try to do 3 at a time, since that’s how the check page is configured, but it just isn’t working! I’d be happy if someone could call me and help me figure this out.

Not he best. Preferred my old printer (3000 serues) because it truly was a workhorse.

With two of us working from home our 11-year-old HP was being used to the max. Needing to look for a new printer I knew another HP was going to be first choice and decided that the OfficeJet Pro 9015e was the best fit for us (automatic double-sided printing is a must to save on paper). I ordered online and upon arrival the size of the box was a little surprising, it was somewhat bigger than expected but in reality it is a good size for any desktop or similar and better still its size remains largely the same in use, i.e., there isn’t trays or guides that you have to pull out when printing. The quick setup guide was easy to follow and, using the HP Smart app on my phone, I had the printer setup and printing within 10 minutes – first time not having to crank up the laptop to setup a new printer was a novelty. Later, once up and running and on the Wi-Fi I did connect my PC and Mac to it, both very straightforward too. Print quality is fab and the speed is great. For black & white text it’s on par with the multifunction laser printers in the office and, even in draft mode, the image quality is great. Photo printing quality is good, it’s not a dedicated photo printer so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, but for reports etc. it’s more up to the job and then some, plus it does borderless. It’s a does make a bit of noise when first turned on but soon quiets down. The double-sided printing works well, no more having to manually reinsert the pages! Having a frequent need to print, sign and scan the ‘shortcuts’ which you can setup directly on the printer are such a timesaver. One button to scan to PDF and email to a preassigned email is really convenient, and the automatic page feeder (up to 35 pages) makes doing the same with multi page documents a doddle. The built-in screen, whilst small, is very responsive and allows you to, at a glance, used all of the features of the printer. It’s also tells you what’s going on, which is important as this printer will work away in the background to keep itself up to date and more importantly, secure. I signed up for HP Instant Ink too, taking advantage of the 6-month free trail, very impressed to see the first set of cartridges arrive within a few days – bodes well for never running out of ink in the future! Despite being early days, I’ve been impressed with the initial usage of the printer. It seems well built, was easy to setup and so far, has just worked! Can’t ask for much more than that! Highly recommended.

Printer is super easy to set up and use. I’m scanning, faxing, printing and all without any more than 5 minutes of set up. Super easy love it.

Print quality is good. Printer is very, very slow printing some kinds of documents (detailed spreadsheets for example). Paper drawer is more difficult to access than in previous HP printers. Software has proven to be quirky, requiring several re-installations. Printer suddenly, without apparent reason, is unable to scan to the computer on the network, requiring a reinstallation. HP Print and Scan Doctor is basically a simplistic joke, in my opinion.

I bought this last month & am really liking it because of the variety of things it does. I was able to print the addresses on envelopes for my wedding & able to print on heavy cardstock… both things my previous HP printer couldn’t do. Everything looks great!

Replaced my HP OfficeJet 8740 with this because checks were printing slightly askew and nothing I did seemed to fix the problem. This printer does the SAME thing. And it’s not as fully featured and it’s a lot noisier. Frustrated with HP.
