The wireless feature is perfect for the work at home office. It is a perfect companion to an HP laptop and dual 30″ monitors.

Our unit replaced an old OfficeJet 6600 that did it’s job well for nearly a decade, but was in need of a replacement as my wife recently started working out of our house. It was easy to set up and use and is definitely an upgrade in terms of both performance and smart features

This thing was defective right out of the box. I bought it to replace the HP7740 that had been replaced for the 5th time under warranty. I bought a Canon– a few dollars more but much more reliable and their Tech Service speaks English.

The only reason I give this a 5 star rating is because by far HP Printers are great printers, however what upsets me the most is them making you buy a new printer, when they will no longer support the printers that you have and are still in great working order. That is so unprofessional of them. I had an 8600 pro, worked so great, and now I cannot even use the printer because it isn’t compatible with new operating systems, and won’t even connect with routers. I loved that computer, and it was in perfect shape! honestly the best computer I have ever had, and honestly this computer isn’t the same as they say it is. Sorry HP you let me down.

The HP Smart software does not seem to handle the supposed OCR capabilities that this printer is supposed to have.

The printer does an excellent job of printing the material, the quality of the sound of the printer doesn’t represent the quality of HP. It sounds cheap.

I am disappointed with the quality of the printer. I used the 8610 before this 9010 and they are not comparable. The 8610 lasted 8 years and was still working with the exception of the automatic document feeder (ADF). This machine takes a long time to start-up, shakes and shimmers as it works, has very limited space for adding sheets to the ADF and doesn’t have many of the features that I grew to rely on with my previous machine. I would prefer that HP make quality machines that are going to last many years and charge a bit more for them rather than producing cheaply made equipment that is going to end up in the landfill.

My last HP printer copied so slow I hated it. This new one I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! COPIES SUPER QUICK!

I print a ton of schoolwork and pictures for t-shirt transfer. I’m really putting this printer to the test and so far it is keeping up with me! We have made it through our first box of paper and moving on to the next!

After buying hp models that were a a bit less expensive, we upgraded to this model. It is well worth the expense. The wireless printer ie easy to operate. The bonus ink program makes printing affordable.

This printer has been nothing but problems. Every day I have to trouble shoot it to get it to print. Some days it’s 20 minutes others has been 2 hours. I’m ready to go back to my old printer! It is also really noisy.

Great printer, especially the ADF which will auto scan both sides of a document, but it has its limitations in size. Very disappointed that it was not a true “plug and play”. I had to call support to complete the setup. Support was quick to get a hold of and resolved the issue immediately.

Easy set up & good print quality. Will order again in the future.

I purchased this because of the multipage scanner capabilities and my old HP printer was aging out. It is awesome…a little noisy with powering up but I am very pleased so far

This is a color printer, but I am unable to get this function to work, it will only print in black and white. I tried the HP website troubleshoot the issue without success. I would not recommend this printer.

Printing quality is good, but there are times that the HP Smart Printing does not work. I’ve had to restart the printer on several occasions.

Not as good as my old printer. Made cheap. Replaced cartridges for first time. All went well until the blue one. Getting a problem with supply system. Now can’t finish print until I go buy a new cartridge which I THOUGHT free ink would take care of having to do!
