Don’t know. The printer wouldn’t line up with my computer and will shortly be returned.

It has most of what you need in a home printer. I like that it is wireless and you can print from phone

Fast printer and pretty easy to set up, but far noisier than my older HP 8610

Prints great. Ink doesn’t dry up in a month. Paper can jam. Appears to require Internet connection and possibly Instant Ink subscription to setup and operate this printer.

Print quality poor about 50% of the time. The printer will stop saying paper is jammed. I check, open the top, move things, no paper found. When I have time I will call about Warranty. Good thing my HP 8725 is still running strong.

It was easy to set up. However, it looks like the FAX option which I find useful from time to time requires a hardwired phone system. As you may know smartphones seem to be required even for parking in some cities and towns like Virginia Beach. The ink system seems to be very expensive. I have not bothered to count the pages printed in the past but it doesn’t include the paper so the local library may be far cheaper.

Works great. I have had no problems at all and the customer service was very good. My only concern, not really a complaint tho, is that the paper tray area is made out of plastic that seems fairly flimsy, so we will see how long it holds up, but so far everything has worked well.

It has worked quite well. I hadn’t updated my printer in about 14 years. I have been very pleased.

I want to rate this 3-1/2 but can’t do that. I just bought this printer to replace an AIO 8610 which was a real workhorse for more than 6 years. This AIO 9015e is the closest to it. The features are good. My concern is how well it will perform over time. The product is definitely less sturdy. Putting in cartridges didn’t feel secure and kept popping out. The trays and other parts are thinner and flimsier. Obviously HP is cutting corners. As for printing, the quality is good and does 2sided ok. Pretty fast. I do a lot of scanning which has a lot of features. Would I recommend? Hum? Maybe but definitely would tell them of my concerns. I also hate that they try to get you to sign up for auto ink. I don’t do that much printing that I would need this. The size is compact so fits more easily into my space. want to like this printer. I bought it because of good reviews but user reviews showed the problems. I wanted to stay with HP from past performances. Had my first HP b/w and color deskjet that lasted 10+ years without one problem. Doubt printers today will do this. Wish that the scan function would continue when ink cartridge needs to replace. When this happens…nothing works until you replace cartridge..even if it’s just one cartridge. My first printer I could still do b/w even if color was out. No more. And price of printer is so much higher than earlier ones, with less quality. Oh well.

It has not gone well with this purchase. It took many calls to HP to get it set up and Fax did not work, and yesterday, paper jammed and it has stopped working! I would like to return it and replace it with a LASER printer, ASAP, please!

This printer is 2 months old and it doesn’t communicate well with the computer I bought it for…a 3 month old HP. I can’t do anything from the screen on the printer but I can do the bare minimum using HP Smart but for some reason the printer and app don’t let me use all of the features of the printer like double-sided printing.

I have only had this printer a short period of time; however, it works great. It was easy to set up. I recommend.

This is a fantastic piece of machinery! I can’t call it just a printer because it just about thinks for me! It walks you through the setup so anyone can do it! This replaced an older OfficeJet so I knew I’d have quality!

It is a decent printer, but there are a few quirks. The driver it installed is for a 9010 not for 9015e. HP Smart worked at first and now stopped being able to recognize my printer. My printer is working fine. I can print to it wireless. It is just HP Smart that is messed up. I tried reloading HP Smart multiple times to no avail. I reinstalled my printer multiple times to no avail. This is my 5th All-in-one HP printer in the last 20 years. This one is of lesser quality than the predecessors, and the paper tray is not as sturdy nor as easy to setup for different paper sizes as my past HP printers. Time will tell if it has any durability.

We’ve only had this printer hooked up for a week, but so far it works exactly as expected. Pleased with the purchase. The only thing I’d change is the color. The appearance of this printer is dated and makes it look old fashioned (even our two teenage kids noticed the dated design). I prefer the sleek black look. Other than that, it’s a good printer thus far.

I needed a replacement printer for the HP PhotoSmart D7260 that no longer has original cartridges available. This was an excellent printer for 10 years and still working well. An example for the quality of HP products. In review of HP current offerings, I found the Office Jet 9015e to provide all the services I needed including auto-duplexing. The printer is very fast especially in draft mode. With the new Instant Ink subscription, I never need to worry about running out to ink. Lower cost and no need to order or run to the store for new cartridges. All in all, what more do you need; features, speed, cost, with Ink automatically shipped to your home. Even better is having HP quality and reliability. Such a deal.
