Save space, time, and resources with the wireless capable OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025e is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025e can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
This is an HP Plus enabled printer. It comes with 6 months free ink through HP Plus. Choose HP Plus at product setup to activate benefits and get six months of free ink. HP will then automatically send you new ink when you run low. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

Great quality printing and all the features that I need.

This is the third HP printer we have purchased for our small business. The 9020 series is a great one and we are loving it! The speed is crazy good and the print is clear and beautiful. HP Customer service has also been great and we were so excited about the extended warranty and we signed up for the Ink Program – so cool!

Nice to be able to print from anywhere, but the unit is loud. Expected it to print without so much noise.

This printer seems to be and look very cheap quality compared to older versions of HP printers which were all black in color and had rounded edges and bigger function screens. This era of printers is weak.

I bought this about a month ago and once I understood it seems to be working fine.

I received my HP Office Jet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer. My husband set it up without any issues or concerns. I love faxing out documents quick without any issues. I have a small office working from home and I can tell you this is the best printer I have ever had since my last printer went out on me after 12 years which was the Epson. This is the far best HP OfficeJet PRo 9025e All in one Printer. Thank you HP.

What kind of printer marketed for small business can’t print single checks..?

Connected quickly to the network. It is quite a noisy printer though. I have not gone through the started ink yet. Prints well, just the noise is very loud.

the scanner is slow. still not sure how to set up shortcuts to scan to email so I don’t have to type in lengthy email addresses. The color cartridges that came with the printer are on low from the beginning.

Keeps me searching tech support, tech chatting, researching more than doing my actual job. The HP Smart app should be called HP slow. My next printer will not be blue tooth only.

Setting it up today and it took FIVE tries to get the ink cartridges to insert properly and the location is extremely inconvenient I’m vertically challenged but, even though it’s sitting at desktop height, I had to bend down uncomfortably to see what I was doing and where they should be inserted. I ensured the cartridges were pushed in as far as they could go, yet they STILL kept popping out when I closed the cover. If I don’t still hate it when I actually get to use it, I’ll update this review.

Couldn’t be happy with my new HP printer. Versatile, quick, has 2 trays. All good features.

Olc printer was HP 8610 I believe. Great printer, but I needed 2 trays. This new 9025e has the 2 trays, but it is slower to print and much louder. That is disappointing.

I bought this because my other HP printer finally bit the dust and I must say I’m very disappointed in this printer

Great product and easy to setup. Highly recommend this product.

I am returning it for an equal exchange. I think the one I got was a lemon because I checked out the same printer at a store, and it was fine. Mine is LOUD, clacky, folds corners of paper and froze at one point. But I like the speed and volume and will exchange it for one that is hopefully better.

Seems to be a solid all in one printer at first look. Easy to set up.

I loved the printer I found it easy to Set up! From the bag it comes inside the box for easy pick up to the overall setup! You get 6 months of free ink which is great. I printed photos on it and they look great! Best printer yet! Easy easy easy! I should mention I received the printer as a sample to review however if I brought it I would still give it 5 stars

fast as printer, but document feed is very limited. My old HP 8620 printer can handle many more documents for scanning.
