Real-life action demands serious performance and tested durability, and the Pavilion TP01-1140 Desktop Computer from HP brings performance and reliability to protect what matters to you most. It is powered by a 3.7 GHz AMD Ryzen 5 4600G Six-Core processor that can be overclocked up to 4.2 GHz and will allow you to run multiple applications simultaneously. The 12GB of 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM also helps the computer to run multiple applications simultaneously, as well as access frequently used files and programs. The current memory configuration is one 8GB module and one 4GB module, making for a total of two 288-pin DIMM slots. With both slots in use, this system supports 32GB of RAM, or 16GB per slot.
For storage of your files, the Pavilion TP01-1140 is equipped with a 512GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD. If you want to connect with external storage drives or other peripherals, there is one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and four USB 2.0 Type-A ports. The integrated AMD Radeon chipset delivers a sharp, clear picture while allowing for a wide range of monitors to be used via its HDMI 1.4b and VGA outputs. Whether you are listening to music, watching a movie, or playing a game, the ALC3601-CG codec outputs 5.1-channel HD and delivers higher fidelity than standard audio controllers. Other integrated features include Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 4.2, an SD/SDHC/SDXC card reader, and a SuperMulti DVD Burner.

Fast & easy to set up. USB ports on the front are convenient for keyboard/mouse plug, ear bud power & phone charger. B&H could add cordless laptop/mouse with purchase vs. corded (they’re pretty cheap now). Overall good deal. I would do business with B&H again.

I bought this for a grandson and so far it has set up very nicely with all the software and accessories I added to it. I have had other HP desktops that have always been good and lasted long beyond Microsoft’s support for their operating systems. Plus I have been a satisfied customer of B&H for more than twenty five or thirty years. Good people.
