I bought this printer to use for myself and I use it for VFW office requirements, however with the ink program with HP my wife is using it also rather printing on her printer because it will only ink we need at a fair price. It is wireless, the fax works great and the copier is also a good feature. I would say this setup using HP software that came with the printer is really easy to complete.

This is a great printer and a total upgrade from the last one I had! Design: the mode is very sleek and modern. Very appealing and not as tall as I imagined it to be. My favorite part is that the paper is hidden under the printer and not hanging in the back! Set up: very easy and straightforward. The prompts on the printer screen made it reassuring I was connecting to the right device and was on the right track. There were also short video clips on how to set up the ink or paper if you weren’t sure how to do it. It is very beginner friendly. I received this printer as a sample product in exchange for a review.

Excellent purchase with sound value at the price for the unit’s overall features

bought this in august of 2020 and for the last few months, it hasn’t been printing the color blue. I’ve tried cleaning and and aligning the printheads. I chatted online with the virtual assistant, but basically this printer is now trash. I didn’t love it to begin with, because it would go off in the middle of the night, when I printed multiple pages, it never printed the last page fully. I had to re-print that page.

HP has always had quality printers that are easy to install and use.

I purchased this Office Jet Pro 8035e printer/fax machine approximately one and a half months ago. I am pleasantly pleased with this unit. It is an up grade from my old HP printer which served me well until my fax component kicked the bucket. Since the old HP had some age on it I decided on this model, which was middle priced and fit my budget.

Do not like the front cover opening so easy. It is very easy to accidently open, then the printer shuts down.

Bought this a few weeks ago And am very happy with its performance

It is making a terrible clunking noise. Not happy and can’t figure out why it does that. The feed is also crap

So far great printer. Have not tried all its capabilities but those I have tried performed well. Printer is fast. The only issue I have is some items on the touch pad are too small. Otherwise my rating would be 5 star.

printing looks good. font size on menu panel is small and have to lean down close to choose functions like print, scan. this was my first time to have 4 or 5 color ink cartridges. the one time i used color the printing time for a page was at least a minute. now i have to change default color to black for faster printing each time.

I am not happy that it miss advertises as 2 sided printing when it will not print double/duplex printing from the document feeder like my previous HP printer did. It should state that directly as i would have chosen a different printer that does duplex printing.

I bought this printer and so far it’s been awesome

I had an older printer (8035 series) the replacement covers all of the functions I had previously. Though I miss the 11 x 14 scan bed.

Very slow, especially when printing from the computer. Paper doesn’t always feed through straight. I have had the paper jam several times. My Office Jet Pro 6830 was a much better model and a lot easier to use.

This is badly engineered and made with cheap plastic. Very difficult to get the paper tray in and out. It is far slower than my former HP 5660, and this one is noisier. When you install the printer drivers, you’re not installing ALL of them — there are different drivers for envelopes, for scanning —I’ve had to call Tech Support several times just to get it set up. Also, you have to manually select the paper size if you are changing paper — don’t forget to pick the correct size for the envelope. I’m assuming this is far more “clean” than having the printer just pick the size of paper based on what’s in the tray — but it is less than helpful for normal home printing. I would kill to have my HP 5660 back — yet here’s this expensive grey and orange (for heaven’s sake) glob of plastic in my home.

I bought this printing a few weeks ago and super reliable. I had a previous version 8620 that last me 4 to 5 years working with it and the instant ink program is a most for my job. Thanks HP for your support. Raphael

Prints quickly and looks great! My only complaint is the paper return where the pages come out when done does not do a great job holding the paper. It is a poor design.
