This basalt-colored model has a 225-sheet paper tray for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program , so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 8035e is an excellent printer with a max print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and high-quality ISO print speeds as fast as 29 ppm in black and 25 ppm in color in draft mode. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. The printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.
This is an HP Plus enabled printer. It comes with 6 months free ink through HP Plus. Choose HP Plus at product setup to activate benefits and get six months of free ink. HP will then automatically send you new ink when you run low.

Only difficulty was in setting up my laptop with the printer. Otherwise, I’m pleased.

the speed of printing and copying is good, nothing but the quality of the ink is very bad, the prints and color copies are very opaque, they do not have any shine.

I’m adjusting. It seems to be a good little printer, but I miss my wide-format. The colors are good, deep & vibrant. Seems to be quicker (and quieter) than my 7740. I’m getting used to it.

I purchased 2-3months ago its and upgrade from last one I had with the same basic features but much faster. I highly recommend this printer. And HP Instant Ink is a life saver never running out of ink with prompt delivery when your printer is low on ink.

Very little ink cartridges, flimsy construction. I feel like it will fall apart any day.

for years I had an HP 6970. When it died I bought the new 8035 all in one and I love it. It does everything my 6970 did and more.I am extremely happy with my new printer. Once again HP has outdone itself.

This one turns on but it always shows offline and so far have not been able to figure out why. Only 1 internet connection…so frustrating.

I have only had my new printer for about a month but it is easy and reliable and the quality is terrific. I love getting ink in the mail before I even need it, too! Everything works as expected with little confusion. I’ve been an HP customer for decades and this is the best one I’ve ever owned.

I have only had this printer for a few weeks. I use it for scanning paperwork often and printing out reports. This printer has been able to perform well most of the time. It was very easy to set up. It worked right away! I did have a couple issues with it a week or two after it arrived. First of all, the printer unexpectedly froze up on me. All of the lights were flashing on the machine and it would not respond. I unplugged it and restarted it. It started right back up. There was another time where it failed to print for me. It may have been wifi issue, but regardless, I had to turn it on and off again. Other than a couple of minor issues, it has been a decent machine.

I bought this to replace an older HP,office-jet which suddenly stopped faxing. However, not until I set it up, did I find out what it is missing. HP ePrint, the valuable service where one can email directly to the printer from any mail server is missing on this model. So, it is NOT all-in-one, as the older Office Jet 6978 it replaced.

I bought it a month ago. It’s a good printer. Just trying to figure out how to exchange my old cartridges for new ones

We have had to replaced this printer once already and it’s going to have to go back a second time because the heads aren’t replaceable. I have fought stripes and streaking color saturation since we bought it. It prints beautifully when it’s working correctly but that’s only about 10 out of 100 times. Can’t afford a new printer and we are just very frustrated with this model!

Had it for Approximately 4 weeks and problems occur after set up completed. HP. Computer say Printer is offline while it’s not. Printing off certain sites but will not Print off others.

This printer replaced and older version with the same feature set. It is lighter, faster, and oh so easy to set up and use.

I received this as a gift from my Dad and LOVE it! The instant ink is a tremendous advantage to the printer.

I have my printer connected through WiFi. Every time I go to print, surprise it’s not connected and the only way to get it to connect is to unplug it and plug it back in. Should have spent a little more for something that works. Waste of money.
