Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I absolutely love my HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Wireless Printer! This printer makes it so easy to print any thing from any where in my home. Laptop, desktop, cell phone or tablet, all I need is my Wi-Fi and I’m good to go. Insta ink subscription allows me to be able to print without worry of using all of my ink up. As a small business owner I do a lot of printing, faxing and scanning. I am so grateful to have found this printer to make my life a little easier!!

I’ve finally found the best printer for my at-home office! I haven’t experienced a printer that has the functions and high quality that the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 does! It works quickly which is a necessity with my business and it prints perfectly everytime! I like that there are 2 paper trays to hold alot of paper. It scans, prints, copies, and I’m able to send documents straight to my computer from the printer! It has enhanced our life so much and allowed for much easier office work! It is fairly quiet so is great to use even when I’m on the phone or when my son is taking a nap. It has quickly become my favorite part of my business!

I love the improved print quality but am disappointed that the two sided print on thick paper from the alternate tray feature does not work. After going through the alignment procedure three times it still does not properly align the two sides.

I MISS MY 6700 OFFICEJET PRO WHICH WORKED ONLY 6 YEARS. GOING TO THIS LARGER MACHINE HAS BEEN A HARD ADJUSTMENT. I HAVE HAD ISSUES ALREADY WITH PAPER JAMS WHEN CHANGING OVER TO CARDSTOCK AS YOU MUST CHANGE THAT EVERY TIME IT IS DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY RECOGNIZE. I WOULD NOT SAY THE COLOR QUALITY IS ANY BETTER EITHER BUT TIME WILL TELL I HAVE ONLY BEEN USING IT 2 WEEKS AND AM STILL ON THE SETUP CARTRIDGES

I owned and loved the HP 8600 Pro multi-function printer scanner fax. It is against this standard that I make these comments. This printer is made much more cheaply to maximize profits at the expense of quality! After the first couple of weeks after installation, the printer died showing a paper jam warning that wouldn’t go away until I jumped through all of the hoops to confirm the problem with HP support and get a replacement sent out. The screen is too small making it hard to see the and doesn’t lock into place so when you push on it to make selections, it flops down again. There’s no slot for an SD card and if you insert a USB thumb drive, you can’t access it from the computer (I connect directly via a USB cable). The previous 8600 you could scan to the SD card and read it immediately from my computer as an external drive but not on this thing. Basically, this is the cheap, quick and dirty version of a printer. The only good thing I can say about my experience is that when support was needed, I found HP to be phone-accessible, patient, helpful and in a reasonably short time on the phone, I had a replacement printer on the way. Otherwise, I don’t expect this printer to last very long and because it’s so CHEAPLY BUILT, I don’t think I’ll be buying HP printers when the need arises in the future. HP should have kept the 8600 in production!

I’ve been buying HP printers for over 20 years now. I had bought 2 of The Office Jet Pro 9020’s and they are THE BEST printer for our home and business. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try. They are quiet, fast and also print on 65 lbs card stock without any hiccups! I print well over 1000 pages a month on either card stock or regular copy paper without having to change any settings or deal with paper jams.

Why does the printer have downloads for a 9020 when it is a 9025? I purchased this product a week ago and I have had difficulty setting it up with computer and continue to have difficulty in features offered. Why is Not easy to figure out. Normally I love HP and would recommend. I would not recommend this particular product.
