Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I have had this printer for a couple weeks now. I like the options it offers through the computer application. It is very user friendly. However, in the short time I have had it, the paper feeder has already jammed and the feeder tray holds a limited amount of pages. The print speed is surprisingly slow as well. I wish I had bought the laser printer instead.

I have had this printer for over a week and have been really happy with the quality of everything it prints and the speed. The only thing I’m struggling with is getting it to scan to computer. That is an important feature for our business and one I use often but I haven’t been able to get that option working yet which is a little frustrating.

A little difficult to use. Deleted old printer but it is still causing conflict with new printer

The 9025 fails in comparison to the 8610. It is not nearly as solid of printer in weight, structure, etc. The noise level is much higher than the 8610. Prior to purchasing I contact HP to determine what printer replaced withe 8610. I was directed to the 9025 as the latest version. The features are consistent with the 8610; however, I feel that is cheaply made. The noise makes it impossible to print while on call, as I have it placed on my desk.

Another bulky, noisy, and flimsy piece of machinery. It shakes like it’ll fall off the table. After two months of use it made so much cracking and squeaking noise like its breaking apart. HP is not in the business of quality printers but rather in the ink business. I am going back to Canon.

We bought this printer about a month ago and have been very satisfied with both the quality and speed of the printer.

Let me say this first, I have owned quite a few various HP products in the past, and in all honesty, i have hated every one of them for one reason or another. After a few weeks of trying out the officejet 9025 printer, I can say that this is the first HP product that I actually like and don’t regret purchasing. I really like it’s automatic double sided printing and copy feature, it definitely saves a lot of time from having to do it manually. The dual input paper trays are great, no more having to swap between my two paper types every time I go from photo prints to document prints. I just load my normal paper in tray 1 and photo paper in tray 2. This printer is very feature rich and to be honest, might be too complicated to properly set up some of the more advanced features for the technically challenged. The printer itself can be setup in a breeze, even set up in a networked environment instead of a USB cable direct to a computer is simple. However, the more advanced features, like scanning to a network folder – NAS or SAN – requires a little techy knowledge to set it up properly or a lot of trial and error testing followed by a lot of patience until you get it right. The little touch screen is nice, though not very responsive. It appears that the touchscreen is a resistive touchscreen instead of a capacitive touchscreen, which is fine, you just have to put more pressure on it before it responds, unlike the touchscreen on, say modern day cell phones that responds with just the lightest of touches (capacitive). One feature i’m still trying to remember about is the ability to print directly to the printer from my phone. My previous, old, printer didn’t have this. So I’m still finding myself emailing documents to myself and then printing from my computer, but I’m slowly remembering I can do it directly from my phone now, even when I’m not at home. 🙂 I think my favorite feature of this printer though would have to be the HP Instant Ink program. You pay a monthly fee to have ink automatically sent to you, but you’re not paying for the ink but instead paying for the number of pages you print per month and it doesn’t matter if it’s a photo print or a black and white document print, it’s still counted as just 1. so if you print a lot of photos, their instant ink program could potentially save some money in the long term. All in all, i’m liking this printer and it’s wide range of features and I can see myself getting full benefit from the HP Instant Ink program as well. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the full color photo printing speed is very slow, like super slow. But document print speed is fast enough for my needs.

Over the last 2-3 weeks I have been using my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer. I work from home, so to have a fast reliable printer is a must in my life. The first thing I encountered was where to put my HP printer. That was no problem because this printer has a compact 17.5 inch by 14 inch base. The setup was even easier than I thought. On any phone, tablet, or laptop simply download the HP Smart app, follow a few easy instructions, and within minutes your printer is set to use from anywhere you want. Compared to my last printer setup, this HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 was a breeze and less time consuming. It took less than 10 minutes to have two phones and a laptop connected. A great feature that is new to me is the HP Smart App. With this feature you can create and organize files, create shortcuts and link up with other business software. It has created a level of organization my company has not had before. The thing I like best about this printer is the speed and quality it produces. Printing 20 pages or more per minute (black or color) has increased my productivity, and limited my printing downtime. The final print result is always clean and crisp, with great quality. Overall I am thankful to have a new business partner in my household, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer.

It is a window product. Cannot undo mail because identity not recognized. No visual input confirmation. System said mail deleted but it was not. Now have to go though a dozen on-line “tips” as no w 10 help services. Hp may help. Last problem with W10 took three years to get into computer! Do like keyboard after years with tiny phone keys. Multiple updates poor. W10 is always updating and causing connection to printer(so far can print from word, other softs unknown yet).

this is my second experience with HP, previously I had a black laserjet HP which I used for almost 5 years without any problem. This one is really cool. it is completely all in one! the most important feature that I like the most is the wireless function and the app. it is necessary in todays world. Hp also has this 4 months of ink free which they give the ink for the next 4 months which is really good. buying expensive ink and cartridges is always a bummer. printing speed is acceptable I think each paper around 2 seconds. The scanner is also fast and high quality and also it can be managed through the app which is cool too.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The printer was shipped to me and it arrived safe and undamaged. The set up and application down load instructions were simple to follow and I didn`t have any problems getting things running. The ink cartridges were easy to install. The menu screen on the printer had easy to follow directions. At one point I had to calibrate the printer and the menu screen was easy to read and step-by-step guide walked me through the process. I am absolutely pleased by the printing speed of this machine! Compared to other printers I have used – I only had to wait seconds versus minutes for my printing projects to be completed. I was able to get clear documents super fast. I printed some photos and the quality was impressive. I really like that there are two paper trays. This is very helpful for me as I print documents from one tray and envelopes from the other. That is a time saver for me that I don`t have to constantly change out the medium I am printing on. The size of the printer is compact and fits nicely in my small home office space. I also like that the color is black and white. Wireless printing is really fantastic. I can send a document to the printer from a remote location via the App and it is waiting for me when I get back to the office. BRILLIANT!!

I had a officejet pro 8630 and this 9025 model was to be the upgrade. It does not function the same, the screen is far smaller and difficult for some to read, the outgoing faxing is very slow and only sends/scans fax pages when there is fax connection established so you cannot send multiple faxes at the same time which does not work in a small office of four people, the menu options to view outgoing faxes is difficult to get to, icons at top of screen are very small, buttons on screen are small as well, finding some settings can be difficult to find, main menu selection set up is backwards, paper feeder has a low paper capacity even for copying a large document. Just not satisfied with this newer model. It would be nice to have the 8630 available as this was not much of an upgrade..

I bought it last month and was please. Hard a hard time setting up. Called the tel # for Lear instruction, the tech wants me to get them a credit card number or checking account. I hang up on them. I called a local tech that I paid to set it up and it was fine. I love it.

SO I DECIDED TO UPGRADE MY PRINTER I HAD, IT WAS AGED AND DRIVERS WERE NOT SUPPORTED ANYMORE. DECIDED TO PICK UP THIS HP 9025! ITS AMAZING QUICK,QUALITY PRINTS. DUAL TRAYS SO NO NEED TO CONSTANTLY LOAD PAPER. SUPER SIMPLE WIRELESS PRINTING , I PRINT A TON FROM MY CELL WORKS FREAT WITHOUT FAIL! ONLY DOWN SIDE I SEE IS I MYSELF HAD A FEW ISSUES CONNECTING MULTIPLE LAPTOPS AND DEVICES TO THE PRINTER? MIGHT HAVE BEEN ME AND UNDERSTANDING THE INSTRUCTIONS BUT I DID GET THEM ALL CONNECTED AND WORKING GREAT! LOVE IT NEW HP 9025!!!

Fast print jobs, large ink capacity, instant ink is a definite plus, clear and accurate print output, easily connected to my wifi network. While it is a bit louder than my prior HP printer, the speed of print jobs far outweighs the noise issue.

I bought this printer two weeks ago and it has all the features that I needed. I like the duplex printing and the scan to email, usb drive and the setup was easy to connect to wi-fi. I purchased the HP ink offer and this ensures that I will always have ink at a lower price.

This all in one printer is amazing! It prints so many pages so fast, no more waiting. I love that it is wireless and I can connect it right to my phone and laptop! Also, the pictures are excellent quality! This is my first HP printer and won’t be my last.
