Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I love this new printer! I love how I can remotely print documents I need to print while being on the road. I would usually forget to do them when I would get back since I get so busy but this made life easier. I can now print things when I’m not in front of the printer and grab when I return. Love how this unit does not take a lot of space but is packed of features. Does excellent jobs print pictures as well. There is nothing I think this can not do. My friends and family are just amazed at the remote printing since that is a feature not to many people are aware of that is in new printers. I’m happy I upgraded to another hp since these have been the highest in reliability and ink cost is very reasonable. Love how they offer the xl cartridges.

I have been very happy with my new printer. It I like that I can print remotely and the app is very easy to use. The quality of the prints are great. The best thing about this printer for me is that it stays connected to my wifi- which has been a problem with all the other printers we have had. The only negative I have found is that the printer is physically large – but since it has good connection to wifi I have found that I can put it in the closet.

Solid all-in-one printer scanner for day-to-day printing. Excellent multi featured scanner/copier capability allowing single and double-sided copying and printing. I use the HP Office jet Pro 9025 to support 5 computers using Windows 10 and iOS operating systems over a local area network with WiFi and a LAN. I have only one issue with the printer and that is the paper trays as my previous HP 86xx printers had two regular sized paper trays and this new model should have offered the same or better for large print requirements such as printing multi page exams or papers for large college classes.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 may be my favorite printer yet.After downloading the HP Smart app it was a breeze to set up. It`s sleek,smooth square design is modern enough to blend into any type of environment .It`s not too big and not as heavy as other printers I have owned.The print quality is exceptional.My favorite feature is how quiet it is compared to other printers.Sometimes I check to make sure it`s really printing. I love the control panel and how I can check on work I`ve done through it.I love that mobile printing is so easy to utilize through the HP Smart app and that I have the option to send documents to my email,the Cloud or to print.The Smart Tasks option is definitely a plus. I also love that it runs seamlessly with my HP computer.I haven`t used all of this printer`s features but am looking forward to it. All in all the HP 9025 is at the top of it`s class .Whether it`s for the workplace or a home office ,I would surely recommend this to anyone and everyone that wants to speed up productivity while maintaining good quality documents at the same time.

This printer is the fastest printer I have ever owned. All the features were almost the same as my other two hp printers I had, so using it was a snap. Set up was a little fishy as I over looked the wi-fi connection and could not get printer to respond but after going over them one more time I was able to setup printer and be on my way

I’d rate it higher if your scanning dialogue box were more legible and usable. In its present form, it is much too small — 1/4 of the size of the one you had on the model 6968, which I had for a few years. I cannot understand why your company and/or your tech people cannot or will not fix this (which is it?). Yes, when superimposed on top of the one from my 6968 it fits in a single quadrant of the scanning dialogue box for that one. I’d like to know: Is it HP won’t fix it? Or HP does not know how to fix it? One of your customer service reps has view my screen and seen the problem, and agreed with me; she said she would report it. HP should be able to update the software automatically to repair this. Another problem, IMO, though a lesser one, is that when opening the dialogue box it defaults to 2 pages. We should be able to set the default for that. Again, on the 6968 it defaulted to 1, which covers most cases. And with the dialogue box so tiny, it’s easy to miss.

OfficeJet 9025 is a good printer for business purposes. The only issue I have with the printer is the paper tray sensor. HP paper trays use to send the “Out of Paper” notice when there was NOT any paper. Paper Tray #1 on the 9025 gives the “Out of Paper” notice with 5-15 pages remaining in the tray. Not good. Especially if you are printing checks or on other documents.

I ordered this printer on a Monday evening and received it on a Thursday evening. WOW – great delivery! I was in dire straits because my other printer died. This printer was very easy to set up. The only concern/complaint is that this printer needs to sit on a pretty solid surface – when the printheads go back and forth, the printer vibrates quite a bit.

Everything works well on this new Office Jet Pro 9025 All-In-One Printer. Quality of printing is just OK . Not incredibly sharp or vivid. Online printer interface not the greatest. Double sided printing- machine is quite noisy .

I received this printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 9025) last week and set it up to work with 2 different laptops both running Windows 10, an iPhone 6+ running 12.1.4 and 2 Samsung Galaxy Note 5 both running Android 7. The setup was very easy and I had all devices connected within 60 minutes. I have had HP printers before and have always been happy with the quality, this printer is no exception. There are some surprising new features that I have not had on other printers including those from HP. The first is the head alignment. I am used to printing out the alignment page than choosing which line look best and programming that into the computer and than do it again. This printer was much more efficient, first I had to print the alignment page than all I had to do was put the paper into the flatbed scanner and hit go on the LCD Panel on the printer from there I waited until it did its own calculations and corrections and it was done. I have also not had a duplex printer/scanner before and plan on using this feature to conserve paper. The LCD Panel on the unit is an excellent control panel, I used it to set up the printer, the WiFi and the fax machine. The LCD Panel is clear and very easy to read and the touch screen is responsive.The print is crisp and dense. It is as good as a color laser printer but at a portion of the cost.
