Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I bought the printer for my home office. I don’t have a lot to print everyday but do have a bunch once a while. The printer looks cute out of the box and I like its compact size with full functions of printing, scanning, faxing and copying. I have used it a few weeks and one of my my favorite features is two side printing which is rarely see in printer within the price range. The printing quality is better than every ink printer I have used and even close to my old laser printer.The printing speed is also impressive. I like the large tray volume and its mobile printing. The app run smoothly without any problem on my phone and it is so convenient. The only down side is a little bit pricey.

I replaced a printer similar to this one to have better performance and have been disapointed. If your main intentions are to make copies of previously printed work, this is for sure not for you. Very slow processing. Sometimes have to retry printing copies up to 5 times becuase the scanner streches the original document printing something all messed up.

This printer is the best all-in-one I’ve ever owned. It’s easy to use, quiet and very versatile with its available functions. Print quality is laser-comparable, even with photos. The second drawer can be used for different varities of printing stock and eliminates the need to switch paper sizes, as with my former single drawer model. The duplex printing also works great on scans and copying, with glass and top-feed methods. This printer allows you to flip the page portrait, or landscape for booklet format. You can even print 2 pages on the front of 1 sheet of paper. It also accepts a 2XL cart for black & white printing, yielding about 2000 copies. The full feature installation software, however, deserves less than a 1-star rating. I’ve used it for over 3 weeks with a USB connection, only because the downloaded program refuses to install in Win 8.1, without Microsoft’s 4.6.1 net framework. After 4 wasted and time-consuming re-downloads and attempted installs, I’m still unable to get a full install, with an error message. I even tried on a separate laptop and got the same message. I’ve contacted HP and hopefully will get the problem resolved, but it sure is frustrating. Thankfully, I’m still able to use the printer with the basic features on a USB cable.

To begin let’s start off with a bit of my background and how I intend to use it. I am a full time college student and I have a small personal business. As a student perspective, this is pretty great. My last printer didnt have air print and that was a bummer and a pain to use. This printer connects seamlessly with all my devices and I love it for that. The quality is very good and it does 2 sided printing which is great. These positives are related to my business use as well. The only part where I feel it is lacking is the speed. But this is something you deal with when using an ink printer and not a laser one. Overall the printer is quiet and has great features. My only complaint is the ink and speed. But at the end of the day, the quality is there and so is the scanning and faxing…its an all in one and it holds true to that.

Easy to set up and get working. However, the output tray is not very flexible. It has a ramped end piece to handle all sizes of paper. This hampers the amount of paper the tray can hold.
